The Pickup and RV Experience was nice and wonderful. The RV is nice. We rented 2 RVs and the Owner was so co-operate with the flexible pickup and drop off timings and that was the primary reason we went with them.
The real Pain starts when you return it. You never welcomed while returning the vehicle. What you going to hear is that, this is dirty, things are not in place. Basically the attitude is like we got the ride for free. Then the other charges comes in place. The RV given to us with a broken awning thing, but no adjustment with the final settlement for that. The grills provided with the RV was not controllable, it burned our food. The second RV we took was stinking, the toilet started stinking once the vehicle on road. There will be heavy cleaning fee if you don't give the RV back as it "never used". We cleaned our RV with shop-vacuum and cleaning detergents and the gentle man was not happy because the supplies, plates and vessels was not on right place even though they were cleaned and washed.

Joelle’s answer

Parsad,
Before you booked the RV, you were aware the awning was damaged during a previous rental and the parts would not arrive in time to repair before your pickup date. We offered a canopy tent for the inconvenience and you agreed to the substitution. We never discussed or agreed to adjusting nightly rate due to the awning. Both RV’s were returned very dirty. In your rental contract you elected to NOT pay any cleaning fee’s and return the unit clean. The unit was not returned clean, so we issued the appropriate cleaning charges. A cleaning list of what is expected to be completed before return is listed inside of the RV and those things were not completed. Excessive dirtiness included spilled hookah tobacco, dirty sinks, dirty shower, dirty counter, dirty dishes in cabinet, dirty floor with excessive sand, and linens/towels not stripped. We have very strict no tobacco policies, which you signed in agreement to in our rental agreement. I apologize you had issues grilling your food, we have never had any complaints on the grill previously- but we will look into upgrading to something nicer. The RV was also missing dishes. Between the 2 RV’s we spent around 5 hours cleaning them. At drop off my husband pointed out what was not clean, you could have finished cleaning then- but did not. We adjusted times to allow you to pickup the RV early and drop off late, and did not charge for this. After we agreed to new times, you did not follow either time we agreed to. My husband waited over an hour at our storage facility when you picked up, and you were over 2 hours late for drop off. We could have administered fees for not picking up and dropping off during agreed upon times in our contract but we did not.
Best Regards,
Joelle

First off, Joelle was a top-notch, accommodating, incredibly attentive and caring host who went way above and beyond to make the entire experience as easy and FUN as possible!! The 26 Foot RV was perfect for the family, modern and comfortable with all the amenities you could ever need. It was my first time renting and I'm already planning my next family getaway!!! A+++

It was our first time camping and the experience was MAGIC !!! We will definitely do it again and obviously with Escape RV Rental👌🏻⛰👍🏻 The owners are super helpful, friendly and super professional, we had the pleasure of camping in Devil's Den and we did not need absolutely anything in the RV because it comes equipped with everything and more we only take clothes and food, super comfortable, clean and cozy for a unique unforgettable experience.
