- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental, washing all linens and kitchen utensils, remaking of beds, and restocking as needed.

We like to stay in constant contact with our renters so that pick up and drop off times are convenient for both parties. We aim to be as flexible as we can be.
