First off communication from the host was poor at best. While they responded to questions, it was like pulling teeth to get specifics and information. In some instances, they did not respond to questions or messages. Second, the pictures shown in the listing are nothing like the current condition of the RV (I attempted to include them here but since I started the review on a computer, it won't let me finish it on a phone where the pictures are stored.) Needless to say, you won't get a RV that looks like what they have pictured. The leather on the seats is mostly gone and the unit is much more worn than what they show. Additionally, only about half of the lights work. Lastly, they placed the RV in a spot where we could open the door but not completely, nor could we secure it, because they placed it so close to a tree that the tree blocked the door opening.

Pick up was quick and easy and we had called in to have it picked up when we were done and they did, so that was convenient. Only complaints I have are the several black widows on the trailers! We rented 2 trailers for our group and had a total of about 15 black widows on the trailers. With kids and dogs running around, that needs to be mitigated. Also when I picked up the trailer there was a bracket hanging loose underneath and the guy that helped me check out said, “it’s ok”. But, it was for the stabilizer and it wasn’t as stable as it should be and I wasn’t able to retract it so that tells me they aren’t maintaining them too well. Trailer comes with plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets, kept us cool, and gave us a place to sleep!

Host was great. Pickup and drop off was easy. We ran out of water within the first 24hrs so not sure if the tank was all the way full when picked up even though they said it was. We only washed dishes and used the bathroom, no showers, so no way we used up 45 gallons that quick with a few bowls and 3 cups. Either way, inconvenient to pack it all up and go get more water. None the less, great trip. My pickup feedback would be to make sure we get a little more of a run down with things before taking off. My wife asked a bunch of questions but still didn't feel like we knew enough about how to operate to handle the camper. Luckily, the other people we were with knew more about it than we did because they had their own camper so helped out.
