Excellent condition! Newly Remodeled bathroom ! Queen bed, pull out sofa, kitchen table makes in to a bed and 3 rear bunk beds. Has a Microwave and a stereo CD/cassette What's includedIncluded are cooking utensils indoor and outdoor pots and pans,cups,silverware,coffee maker.,electric griddle,bedding for queen bed. Camp chairs and a quite generator RecommendationsEnjoy mohican area. With great camping, site seeing, state park and river adventures . Bike riding and horse back riding.Other things to noteIf generator gets used. It is to be filled before drop off /pickup .No smoking, dogs or cats allowed with deposit .
