Unplug and unwind in our Cozy Coleman, on OR off the grid. We remove the stress of towing by offering delivery and setup within 50 miles of our location. This front queen and bunkhouse model comfortably sleeps 2 adults in the queen bed and 2 full size teens/adults OR 3 medium sized kids in the single over double bunk (300 lb weight limit on top bunk). Enjoy the comforts of a shower and toilet in the rig. There is plenty of storage for backpacks and duffel bags - but leave the rolling suitcases at home. In the kitchen you'll find disposable plates/bowls/cups/cutlery and trash bags enough for a weekend. An assortment of pots and pans and coffee maker will keep you fed and caffeinated. We provide one roll of paper towels and plenty of RV-safe TP. We provide sheets/blankets/pillows. **You** will provide bath/kitchen towels, bottled drinking water, food, cooler, and the sense of adventure. For an upgraded experience, select our "Stock The Pantry" option and we will have the pantry and fridge stocked with basics for 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners, recipes, and of course... S'Mores! And because of the rules about firewood in the local campgrounds, we also provide one load of firewood with our delivery and setup option. Find out how magical it can be to unplug and unwind in the woods, by a stream, or even in your own backyard. This camper, because of its size and simplicity, is a Perfect "test run" camper if you are new to the camping life! Rent it to use as a guest house during holidays even.Exercising the boondocking option? That means you're hooked up to solar panels which juice the battery for interior/exterior lights. The fridge/water heater/stove/cabin heater all run off the included propane; with normal usage one tank will be more than enough to last your stay. The rig will have non-potable water onboard in the fresh water tank enough for short showers and hand/dish washing and toilet flushing.Ask us for recommendations & our favorite spots to camp! What's includedWe provide one fitted sheet, one throw blanket, and one pillow per head in the bed (5 sets total). There are 4 camp chairs and an outside table as well as awning twinkle lights to make the outdoors feel as cozy as the indoors. There's a small assortment of games and activities in case the kids get a case of the "I'm bored"s. RecommendationsWe love anywhere with hiking. Cloudland Canyon, Sloppy Floyd, Fort Mountain, and Red Top Mountain are all within our delivery area and are open year round. Other things to noteWe provide a comprehensive renter's manual with the rig - you'll likely be able to find the answers to any of your questions there. But if in doubt: ASK! Fellow campground guests are typically very friendly and able to help you troubleshoot something in a pinch if you can't get us on the phone. Please respect our pet and smoking policy so that we can keep our rig safe for other people's children (and our own) who have allergies.

Meet your host, Lindsey

We started camping when our kids were 3 and 1 - no regrets! They're now teenagers and love hitting the road almost as much as we do. We've had so many adventures, but two that top my list are when we camped out in N. Georgia to see a solar eclipse in totality, and when we went all the way to Colorado and sledded on the dunes at Great Sand Dunes Nat'l park. We want to provide the opportunity to other people to find out what happens when you unplug and get outside with your loved ones. Our cozy Coleman has been good to us and we want to pay it forward!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
At this time we are meeting renters at the RV pull thru spaces at the Flying J Travel Center. Any other location will be approved on a case by case basis and picking up/dropping off is negotiable.

Q.What camping supplies are provided with the RV?
A.
We provide pots/pans/cooking utensils, drip coffee maker, disposable plates/cups/bowls/cutlery, trash bags, one roll of paper towels, plenty of RV-safe TP, fitted sheet and one throw blanket and pillow per bed, cleaning supplies, toilet treatment tabs, awning lights, 4 camp chairs, and an outdoor table. If boondocking: a full tank of water. You will be responsible to bring food/seasonings/coffee, drinking water, kitchen/bath towels, heavy blankets like quilts or comforters, toiletries, & fun!

Q.What is the difference between boondocking and camping?
A.
Boondocking = no electric/water/sewage hookup. Our rig runs the fridge, water heater, stove, and heater on propane so you'll maintain those amenities. The battery will run the lights and will be hooked up to a solar panel to keep the battery juiced (sunshine permitting). The fresh water tank will be filled with non potable water for washing hands, showering, and toilet flushing. One tank with conservative usage will last a family a weekend. Camping - full electric/water and sometimes sewer.

Q.Can I tow your camper behind my vehicle?
A.
That depends. You'll need to research the tow capacity of your vehicle. Our rig is somewhere in the neighborhood of 4,000 lbs when fully loaded. We've pulled it with both a Suburban 1500 and a Ram 2500. Also, you'll need a brake controller because it's the law - you will need it to be installed prior to key hand off with us. We will loan our weight distribution hitch out with the RV rental.
