If you’re looking for a great rig to see parks, trails and campgrounds, this mechanically upgraded retro camper van is your vibe. Lenny the Westie is a trustworthy companion with a sweet pop top for added space and overnight guests. Plus he’s easy to park and there’s nothing to toe! Even though he is in pristine condition he welcomes your one well behaved furry friend to tag along on your adventures... please wipe your paws!Lenny is well stocked with a new fridge, two burner gas stove, sink, grey water tank, arc awning, solar panels, extra battery, and a kicking propane heater that can keep you toasty in winter months. Lenny has seen much of the North East and will do well in suburban settings and beyond… just keep in mind that he wants to be pampered, photographed, and safe - so remember not to pop the canvas top all night if you’re in bear country.What's includedMemory foam pad and fresh linens and blanket on the bottom full size mattress. Memory foam pad and fresh linens and blanket on the upper fold out bunk, 2 pillows. 3 helinox zero ultralight camping chairs, paper plates and bowls, utensils, spices, cutting board, coffee press.Available but not included : mini flush porta potty (this is a small portable unit that can come in and out of the van easily) We will sanitize it and have it ready for you for $50.RecommendationsTake a ride to your nearest National Park, Beach or Forest!! Or if you’re feeling less adventurous but want to unplug and decompress, take a short drive upstate (just 2 hrs north of NYC) for this off the grid vintage van experience. Although Lenny knows you could use some R&R he also welcomes the busy bees who want to work remotely from his fancy swing out table and captain’s chair. Enjoy for a weekend away, scenic road trip, photographed event, retreat, romantic getaway, extra housing for visitors, or whatever you can think up!Other things to notePlease ask the pup to wipe their paws, you don’t find vans like these every day, we take pride in the cleanliness of our Westie! Nice to meet you!! We’re an upstate nature loving homeschool family with one child and a sweet fox terrier who loves hiking trails and beautiful views! We’ve been collecting NP stamps and Junior Ranger badges for a few years but we decided it’s a good time for us to stay home and share the van with other likeminded traveling families! On our travels we have been to Cayuhoga NP, Blackhills NF, Badlands NP, Mount Rushmore NP, Cleveland, Chicago, Ithaca, Watkins Glen... to name a few! Tho small, this camper van has had everything we’ve needed to see the sights and keep our budget relatively friendly! (Gas mileage is much better than an RV). We are a mechanical family so the van has had a full overhaul of upgrades including a new engine converted from diesel to gasoline, solar, new suspension, tires, swing out spare tire, modern refrigeration, interior, exterior led lights and most recently a car seat tether.
