This is a 2015 Heartland Elkridge 38Rsrt 5th wheel camper. This RV has a rare and unique floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! It is perfect for a family or group camping experience with:-King size front bedroom with attached walkin closet, washer/dryer, large dresser, underbed storage
-Front bathroom with stand-up corner shower with upgraded high presser shower head
-Rear 3 bunk bedroom with entertainment and wardrobe, attached full bathroom with bathtub and shower combo
-Custom living room area with bench seating, reclining leather love seat, 40" flat screen Hdtv w/surround sound, DVD, and Bluetooth
-Peninsula style kitchen counter, double door electric or propane fridge and freezer, lots of cabinet space for an RV, propane 3 burner stove
-Two A/C units, propane furnace heating, 10 gallon hot water tank, two 30 pound propane tanks
-Electric powered front lift jacks, electric powered rear stabilizers, 5 electric powered slideouts, all can be controlled with remote or locally
-Outdoor kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, cabinets, draweres, and a space with a cable jack to mount a tv
-Large pass through understorage space, additional front understorage designed for an optional generator
-Electric powered awning which can also be powered either locally or with remote control
