If the unit is returned in a condition requiring deep cleaning beyond normal turnover—including but not limited to excessive dirt, stains, spills, trash, pet hair, or odors—additional cleaning charges will apply at $50 per hour and may be deducted from the security deposit, up to the full deposit if necessary.
