Black Tank Care
Only the RV toilet paper provided may be used. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials. Improper use of the black tank system can cause damage and WILL result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
Parking Guidelines
Please do not park the camper directly under trees. Parking near trees is perfectly fine, but there should be enough distance to avoid contact with branches that could damage the roof or exterior. ( A roof tear will total this camper and we do not want that!)
Towing Requirements
If you plan to tow the camper, your vehicle must be properly rated for its weight. Renters are responsible for ensuring their vehicle has the appropriate towing capacity. You must provide your own compatible hitch and towing equipment. Your booking will be denied if you cannot provide the proper equipment to safely tow this rig!
Electrical Use
Do not plug the camper into a standard household extension cord. If you are using electrical hookups, a surge protector is required at all times to protect the camper’s electrical system.
