2012 Forest River Sunseeker
A perfect home on the road. This class C is big enough for a large family, but easy to drive. Sleeps 3 adults and 3 children comfortably. It has a Queen Master Bed, Twin Bunkhouse, fold-out couch and a dinette that converts to a bed as well as a Queen Bunk above the cab. 3 interior TVs. Backup camera for help navigating.
Full bathroom (toilet, sink & shower). Tons of storage and cabinet space. Refrigerator & Freezer runs off of propane while you're in transit, no need to run the generator. Separate 'kids area' in the bunk section with their own TV, DVD & Xbox.
Well behaved pets are allowed with pet fee. Our RV is supplied with cleaning gear & special RV-grade toilet paper.

*You must present a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE upon delivery of the RV.
*Pets are allowed, but unattended pets are not allowed inside the RV.
*No standing on the roof (ladder up is for maintenance only)
***No smoking in the RV. $1,500 cleaning fee will be applied
*The pull-out couch and dining table beds are smaller in length and best for kids or adults under 5’7”.
*Dump fees and fuel refill charge will apply if RV is returned without empty black and grey water tanks and a full gas tank.
*Please no 1-way rental requests. We are unable to facilitate those requests.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am usually pretty flexible on pickups and dropoffs. Contact me to work out the details. These must happen during daylight hours for inspection.
Q.How long does handoff take?
A.
I will walk you through all the operation of the RV, this usually takes about 45 minutes. If you need to minimize this, please do your research on YouTube. You can find out most of the protocols just by searching.
