Our amazing and well maintained trailer is perfect for large families or a variety of guests, sleeping up to 9 adults. It has some irresistible features to make your camping experience into the perfect "glamping" experience.As you enter, a private bunkhouse is on your right. Which includes three single/twin bunks and additional storage. To your left, the kitchen includes an angled double sink, overhead cabinets, a skylight, three burner range, refrigerator, freezer and a pantry across the hall from the bath. In the living area, a generous slide out holds a sofa, overhead cabinets and a u-shaped dinette. Both the dinette and sofa covert into full/double beds.One of the many incredible features is the convenient outside bar and kitchen. With loads of storage, a sink, microwave, fridge, a 2 burner stove top and bbq hookups, this space allows for easy outdoor cooking and beverage access.The rear private bedroom includes a slide out with a queen bed, loads of storage and private entry/exit door. We also have both a stand up shower/tub inside as well as an exterior shower if required for those really messy/muddy days.To ensure you are extra comfortable there is also air conditioning for those scorching days (need to be on 30 Amp, 120 Volt) and a furnace for those chilly nights!If that wasn't enough here are some additional bonus features included in your rental to make your stay even better;
• Keurig K-Mini K15 single serve K-Cup pod coffee maker
• Dishware for at least 12ppl - utensils/ can opener/ bottle opener

We love camping and have been tenting our whole lives. We decided to buy our trailer to enjoy the outdoors with the utmost convenience. "Glamping" has allowed us to enjoy more time together, and provide us the freedom to just pick up and leave. We have two dogs we take everywhere with us and although they love to explore as much as we do they are in door dogs so we can only assume they were just as happy to start glamping as we were. :)

• Please do not allow pets on the dining table cushions or couch.
• Be aware of the black and grey tank levels, Do not exceed capacity.
• Do not climb on roof.
• Pull in awning if it gets too windy or a storm comes in.
• Ensure awning is not over or too close to fire pit.
• Keep muddy footwear outside.
• Please stow away all loose gear before pulling out.
