Our RV sleeps 9. The master suite has a queen bed, it's own half bath for privacy and its own air conditioner. The couch and dining table make into beds. The back bedroom has 3 bunks. The main bath has a shower with small tub and a door to the outside! There is a refrigerator and sink outside as well. Great for taking the kids or grandkids and making forever memories! We are close to the Syracuse Sand Dunes. Close to Sam's Pond for fishing and the Arkansas River for tubing. Linens included. Can include other amenities as requested.
