Georgie is a 1999 Forest River Georgetown Class A RV that lives right in between West Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. He's an oldie but a goodie! We love Georgie because his size is easy to drive and maneuver and he can fit in all campgrounds. Georgie features a queen (Rv-size) bed in the back bedroom and a small double dinette conversion (perfect for 2 children). Tons of storage space underneath for all your gear! We can also offer you an infant/toddler floor bed.
Georgie has a furnace/water heater system, generator (not currently onboard), many cabinets and closets for inside storage, AC system and a backup camera. It has everything you need for full hookups.
What's includedGeorgie comes equipped with the following:
2x camp chairs, linens, towels, cookware, utensils, coffee maker
RecommendationsGrand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park are two of the most popular destinations in the west! We are located roughly 1.5 hours from West Yellowstone and 1 hour from Grand Teton and make a great starting point to visit both parks. Other things to noteSome pets welcome with prior approval - they may not be left unattended in the RV, this requires an additional cleaning fee and refundable deposit.
No festivals
This is strictly a non-smoking vehicle
RV may not be taken off-road

We are the Barnes Family and we love to travel! We often take our camper to visit family in PA for longer stretches of time. We also spend a lot of time in the desert when the weather isn't so great in our home state. We have a dog and 2 cats that accompany us in the camper most of the time. Our kids love being in the camper too - it is such a great family activity! We were inspired to list our little RV after our brother came out to camp with us last year. He and his family rented a Class C and we met in MT, touring Yellowstone and the surrounding area.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
It really depends upon our own schedule. We have two toddlers, so late nights aren't possible. However, we may be open to having you stay on our property for the evening if you have a late arrival. It's best just to reach out and ask us when coordinating pick-up and drop-off!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will give you a walk through of these systems and answer any questions you may have when you pick up the RV. It's not hard - don't be intimidated! You will be a pro in no time!

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The driving wheel must be locked to remove the key from the ignition, and unlocked in order to start it. Push the key all the way in the ignition in order to unlock the wheel and start it up. I once couldn't figure out why the stove wasn't lighting or the heating furnace. Turns out, that I didn't have the LP gas switch turned on (which is located near the stairs). Be sure to check that switch is turned on before using any propane. It will beep for a few minutes before clearing.
