If you’d like to explore the waters at a slower pace, head over to the West end of the spacious lake, which is a designated area for paddling around in a kayak, canoe, rowboat, or paddleboat.Fishing is another favorite pastime for Buffalo Springs Lake campers. The lake is well stocked, and anglers often cast a line here for various fish species, including Bass, Carp, Crappie, Catfish, or Striper. You’ll be welcome to try your luck at all of the open areas of lake shoreline, except for the bridge next to the Marina (where you’ll be able to find all kinds of lake rentals).After you set up your campsite at Buffalo Springs Lake, stretch your legs with a hike on 55 acres of scenic nature trails. Bring binoculars and see if you can spot some of the hundreds of diverse wildlife species that habitat in this area. Another way to explore the land is by renting a dirt bike, ATV, or other offroad vehicles to trek 13 miles of terrain in a scenic area that overlooks the lake. These trails can be accessed directly from the campground.

Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
