Enjoy a fun vacation or try a 2022 Thor Compass 23TW Fully Equipped Class B+ RV! … All Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedding (with Covid-19 please bring your own pillows) items are Also included! ALL no extra charge! Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (when dinette converted to smaller 46”x65” bed) but has 4 seat belts (note the 2 extra belts in dining area do not have shoulder straps so do not work with child seats). Ready with full tank of Gasoline, Propane and Fresh Water! This smaller class C RV is our own personal rig affectionately referred to as “Herbert”! We want to keep “him” nice and clean, so WE Strictly DO NOT Allow Pets OR Smoking. Thank you for your understanding! Rig is basically a well equipped Airbnb on wheels! Extra parking space available if coming in your own vehicle & you need parking ($15/day parking -just let us know in advance)
(discount for 7+ night rental) We sterilize very well.
Note- During freezing weather it is mandatory that the RV be plugged in & tank heaters switch on to prevent tank freezing. (can be plugged in at a RV park or at a home- adapter provided if at a home) This prevents any chance of freezing damage (freeze damage repair is paid by renter) Boon docking/off grid only if no freezing weather.
Special mod updates include spare tire/holder, outdoor chairs/table/gas grill, disc player or phone plays to both TV’s, folding bed legs, extra bathroom grab bars, several wall net pockets, extra solar ability for faster power collection when off grid, step for easier access into cab, bedroom personal USB fans, easy install privacy curtain, etc.
Minimum 3 day & maximum 3 week rental.
Owner or Outdoorsy reserves the right to cancel or decline booking request.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING.
NO GETTING ON ROOF.
Parking space available for your vehicle ($15/day uncovered in our driveway). We live in a safe neighborhood but not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle due to weather or otherwise.
On the mileage- it is an average of 125 per day.
Example- 3 day rental would allow 375 TOTAL miles & then .45/mi over that.
7 day rental would allow 875 TOTAL miles & then .45/mi over that.
CHECK-IN POLICY
- Check in 9am or later.
- Please allow about an hour or more for contract signing/walkthrough/test drive.
RETURN POLICY
- Drop off time 6pm. Late fee of $25/hr after 6 pm.
- You need to return with full tank of gas
- Remove all trash & personal belongings from RV
- You do not need to dump gray & black tanks.
Place all used bedding, towels, etc. in provided laundry bag and leave in RV.
There is no discount for early return.

Fees
- Security deposit: $1,200.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $150.00. This fee will cover sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This also includes full tank of gas, propane and fresh water, gray/black tanks empty. All linens, dishes are sanitized & ready to use.

Dave was prompt, informative, and very helpful at each interaction including initial registration, verification, introduction, test drive, and return of vehicle; Dave went the extra mile and returned to me a personal item that left in vehicle and notified me immediately. This was our first time in an RV. Loved it! Dave made everything easy with good explanations. Everything was just as described and absolutely clean. We were on the move driving cross country so we didn’t really get to enjoy the RV experience of being at a camp, having a campfire, and cooking out. But Dave’s van provided the opportunity for us to travel in our own bubble!

what a great van! but dave made the experience above & beyond... he is a wealth of information & he has set up his rig to almost run itself. couldn't have asked for a better first run with a class b & have made a friend in him. get yourself in this travato! you won't be disappointed! :)

Dave has thought of it all! Wonderfully equipped van ready for any type of adventure. This van is perfect for 2 and quite easy to drive. Along with your pillows, pack a warm blanket if you’re going anywhere chilly. Otherwise, the Travato has everything you need. Dave is very responsive and available. Highly recommend.
