All of the sites are concrete and offer full hookups, with 50/30 and 100 amp electric connections available. Recreational facilities at the Summer Breeze USA Katy include a clubhouse and a fitness center, as well as a 10,000-square-foot indoor heated pool that’s accessible throughout the year.

The Great Outdoors

A 15-minute drive west of the Summer Breeze USA Katy is Stephen F. Austin State Park, which lies along the west bank of the Brazos River. It’s home to the San Felipe de Austin State Historic Site. The original structure was burned to the ground in 1836 during the Texas Revolution. The park's named after Stephen F. Austin, who brought families here under a contract with the Mexican government. It’s now a popular birdwatching destination and offers regular sightings of white-tailed deer amongst its mature pecan trees.Drive in the other direction, and you’ll arrive in Cullen Park, which was established in 1973 on a tract of land previously owned by the Corps of Engineers. Yes. Class A’s, Class B’s, and Class C’s and five-Wheels typically have bathrooms. How does check-in work?

Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
