Rules and policies
- IMPORTANT NOTE ON ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE - The Van is 100% mechanically sound and we stand by that, however we strongly encourage all renters to take out the roadside assistance package (unless you already have your own policy that is valid in Canada and the U.S.) In the highly unlikely event the van breaks down for some reason, YOU (the renter) are responsible for the towing charges if you are not covered by some kind of roadside assistance. and this can cost anywhere from $200-$1000 depending how far you have to get towed to the nearest garage. - Please don't take the Supervan off-road, she's a little older and not cut out for that anymore! - ABSOLUTELY NO FESTIVAL USE PLEASE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OR ADDITIONAL $500 CLEANING FEE ADDED. - No Smoking or vaping inside the Van please :) - The Van comes with a full tank of gas please also return it full! - The Van also comes with a full tank of propane gas (for the stove top and fridge) so please make sure to return it full too please, or you can select the "prepay propane" option which is $5 a day and then you don't have to worry about filling up the propane. thanks! - Unfortunately there is no use of the awning as it's not functioning properly at the moment and needs to be replaced. - For safety reasons, please do not climb up onto the roof as there's no ladder or handrail up there.
