This boat-in campground adjacent to a Forest Service Guard Station offers a dock and boat basin with an eleven boat capacity. A ¼-mile trail connects to Refrigerator Harbor Campground & road to Holden Village. Open for DAY USE ONLY, Overnight camping is prohibited. 


Driving directions to Lucerne Campground

From Chelan, boat approximately 40 miles to Lucerne Landing (there are no roads that connect the City of Chelan to Lucerne). Lucerne Campground is on the south shore adjacent to Forest Service Guard Station.ORFrom Chelan, travel south on Highway 97 Alternate for 3 miles. Turn right onto Southshore Road and go approximately 17 miles to Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park. From the Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park boat launch, boat uplake approximately 25 miles to Lucerne.Notes:The Lady of the Lake provides passenger ferry service from Chelan to Stehekin with stops available at Fields Point, Prince Creek, Moore Point, and Lucerne. Do the RVs have bathrooms?

Yes. Class A’s, Class B’s, and Class C’s and five-Wheels typically have bathrooms. Depending on where you plan on camping, you’ll want to double-check the availability of restrooms if selecting a rig without a bathroom. Nervous about renting an RV with a bathroom? Owners can help show you how to clean the tank or will offer to do it for you for a fee.

How does check-in work?

A.

Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
