Simplicity, comfort, and convenience. If you are looking for a family friendly Travel Trailer that doesn’t require an associate’s degree to enjoy, has plenty of comfortable sleeping options for all guests, and can easily be towed by any 1/2-ton truck and most full sized SUVs, the Lil’ Den is for you! If you’re looking to get out of town in your pursuit of the all-too-elusive peace and quiet that we all seek, and want to be set up and ready to go in just minutes, look no further! This 22’ travel trailer will be ready for you and your next adventure, stocked with fresh linens, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and even some classic board games so you can enjoy quality family time! The Lil’ Den can be filled with 50 gallons of water at your request, or the tank can be left empty if you’ll have hookups at your destination. Additionally, the batteries will be fully charged, as well as the dual propane tanks. The refrigerator and freezer will be cold, and the three burner gas cooktop will be ready for your first home away from home cooked meal. The in-floor ducted forced air furnace will keep the Lil’ Den at just the right temperature on those cooler nights, and the large awning will provide relaxing shade as you sit outside and enjoy the scenery on the warm summer days.At under 6,000lbs Gvwr, towing the Lil’ Den will be a breeze! The 4-wheel electric brakes ensure you won’t have to worry about any additional burden on your tow vehicle’s brakes as you travel throughout the many beautiful mountain passes throughout Alaska.Don't forget to browse through our optional Add-On's. While all the essentials are included, we'd rather keep our nightly rate as low as possible by not charging you for things you may not want or need. Pets are always welcome, but to avoid additional cleaning fees, please be sure to clean up after them, and try to keep them off the furniture.
What's includedFresh linens at your request for the Double Bed (the bunk bed, convertible sofa, and dining area are ready for your sleeping bags or favorite blankets). Additionally, a full compliment of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, fresh water hose with in-line filter, waste tank drain hoses and gloves, adjustable drop hitch with 2 5/16” ball for 2” receiver, basic cleaning supplies, an assortment of spices, hot chocolate, and teas, as well as a coffee maker and toaster.RecommendationsSome of our all-time favorite places to camp are Tolsona Wilderness Campground near Glennallen, K’esugi Ken Campground between Trapper Creek and Cantwell, Trail River Campground on the northwest shore of Kenai Lake, and of course the Russian River Campground for world-class salmon fishing!Other things to noteAs we mentioned before, smoking is not permitted inside the Lil’ Den. We want to ensure that we always provide a clean and fresh smelling experience for future guests so as much as is reasonably possible, please try to help us out by keeping the Lil’ Den clean while you’re enjoying it. We know that accidents happen, and we expect them, but in doing your part to stay on top of things when they come up we can ensure others have the same fantastic experience that we’re honored to give you.Pickup location is only 1 mile from the Walmart Supercenter, 2 Miles from Sportsman’s Warehouse, 2.5 miles to Target, and 2.7 Miles to Fred Mayer. Stocking up will be a breeze!!We have several camping chairs, a heavy duty cooler, a 2000W generator, an EZ-Up, an outdoor rug, and even a bluetooth speaker available as add-ons if you'd like, just select them when making your reservation. Use as much propane as you like, we refill it between trips at no cost to you, however, please remember to dump the tanks. If you're unable to, we're more than happy to do it for you, but the fee for that service would be $50.Lost keys, or keys not returned with the trailer will incur a $30 replacement charge.

Ben and Sara’s answer

Hi Todd, I’m sorry that it looks like your expectations were not met. Because your review was submitted after we had to charge for items that were missing and broken upon return, and your messages to us included “Everything worked great and we were so thankful to have it for all the wet weather” it appears as though your review was somewhat retaliatory in nature. While that’s unfortunate and there’s nothing we can do about that, perhaps you’ll feel better knowing that we opted to not charge you for not dumping the tanks. For future reference, you do have the option to forego that responsibility by selecting it as an add-on, but there is a fee associated with it, as it costs a little bit of money and takes some time and fuel. We’ll go ahead and take care of that for you and hope that in future trips you have a more enjoyable experience.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will ALWAYS do our best to accommodate every guest and their travel plans, however, we can only do so much and appreciate promptness as much as possible. If you need to change your plans, please just communicate with us as early as possible so we can ensure your trip is as smooth and enjoyable as possible! When you arrive for pickup, the Lil' Den will be oriented properly for a quick connection and easy drive-off. Upon return, we do ask that you back it in, in the same orientation.

Q.Our destination will have hookups. Is everything we need included?
A.
YES!! Electrical - Included is a 36ft 30amp cord, which will also come with a 20amp adapter Water - Included is a 50' fresh water hose, a water pressure regulator set to 40psi, and an in-line filter. All connections from the water supply to the Lil' Den are quick-connect fittings for ease of use. Sewer - Included are (2) 10' Camco sewer hoses with swivel fittings, a Camco 90 degree dump attachment, and a Camco Sidewinder sewer hose support for proper drainage.

Q.We will not have any hookups at our destination. Any tips for us boondockers?
A.
1. 1 or 2 cases of water bottles will save on board water. 2. Navy Showers. Water on to get wet. Off to lather. On to rinse. 3. Extra blankets vs. excess furnace use. 4. All lights are LED, so electrical demand for them is minimal. However, sunlight is FREE! 5. Battery capacity is FINITE. Without a generator, they can be charged by driving, IF your tow vehicles has a 7-pin connector. 6. The furnace uses LPG for heat AND batteries for the blower. Extra blankets! 7. Paper Plates!

Q.Does the Lil' Den have leveling jacks?
A.
Yes! Four of them in fact! A cordless drill with a 3/4" socket will work great for major adjustments, and then a 3/4" ratchet for the final adjustments. Please keep in mind that the leveling jacks or for LEVELING AND STABILIZING, not lifting. Do your best to park of a flat surface, and then use the jacks to get it just right, but do not attempt to lift the trailer in any way with the jacks. This can cause damage that you will be responsible for. Remember to chock the tires when leveling!
