Thank you for taking a look at out posting! We want everyone that borrows our trailer to have an excellent time, make great memories, and feel comfortable in our little home away from home. Up for rent is our 2016 Pacific Coachworks Blaze'n 21FS.Bedroom: One private bedroom with a queen sized bed (memory foam) in the front of the trailer. In this bedroom is a small closet with hangers for clothing storage and a small drawer. Linens/bedding included.Living Room: The main area of the trailer can turn from toy hauler to living quarters in a matter of minutes. Toy storage area is limited to 13' in length and 6'3" in width. Living room area includes two leather captain chairs, assembled dining table, sofa (that can also turn into a bed), electric retractable queen size bed (lowers from the ceiling, memory foam, linens/bedding included), air-conditioning, fan, heater are all controlled via a wall mounted thermostat. Wall mounted Bluetooth receiver can play music all throughout the trailer and also on the outside speakers.Kitchen: The kitchen features a dual sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, three burner cooktop, oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, standard cookware, etc. (All included no extra fees charged).Bathroom: The bathroom includes a hot shower, sink, medicine cabinet with lots of storage, towel hangers, and a standard RV toilet. Towels included.Exterior: On the outside we have a large electric awning, two speakers, ramp that opens the back of the trailer, fuel station (gas for refueling), security motion lights, large storage area, gas generator, two propane tanks, new Goodyear Endurance tires, weight distribution hitch, anti-sway bars, etc.What's includedTrailer Amenities: All kitchen cookware, utensils, plates, cups/mugs, pots, pans, coffee maker, fresh bedding/linens, towels, etc.Camping Gear: Camping chairs (4 available), small two burner BBQ with griddle, Camp Chef Explorer dual burner stove, Lifetime table, outdoor trashcan, outdoor rug, seven gallon water jug, and many other items.RecommendationsThe trailer sticker says it sleeps 6 people, specifically, we believe that it will sleep 4-5 adults and 2 children comfortably. In addition to the beds in the trailer there is immense floor space for a queen air mattress or smaller. And of course you could pack a tent/hammock if more folks are joining. Additionally, we recommend bringing general tools and a cordless drill for the jacks (Not required but lessens your workload with lowering and raising the jacks).Other things to noteFees: What you see in the pictures is what you get without extra fees. We are happy to share our trailer, trailer amenities, and camping gear with you for no additional cost. All we ask in return is that you take care of everything as if it were yours. One fee that we have to charge is for cleaning. We charge a cleaning fee to outsource cleaning in order to follow CDC guidelines. Another optional fee is for delivery. Depending on our availability and the delivery location, we may be able to deliver the trailer. The fee charged for delivery depends on the location of drop-off. Furthermore, dumping prior to returning trailer is the renter's responsibility. Failure to dump prior to returning will cost a fee. We ask that you and your family/friends care for our trailer the same way that we do and no fees other than cleaning will need to be charged.Cleaning fee - $100
