Wait till you see the memories you will create with your friends or family! No bathroom stops. No coffee stops. No hotel reservations for a quick nap. No lunch stops are necessary! You have your coffee machine, your fridge and freezer, your kitchen and your beds with you! Meanwhile, Point of Interest stops become more interesting! You drive as much or as little as you like. You stop by that waterfall or lake you always drive by on your way to your favorite vacation spot when you are in a hurry. This new 2019 RV is sure to please. There are a lot of good RVs out there. Be sure to get the one that fits your needs.

Owner rules
- Pets not allowed

- No smoking
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the RV. No pets allowed. No climbing on the roof of the RV. **No towing.**The Motor Home will be rented out with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas. No drivers under the age of 25 years old, and no drivers who are not approved by Outdoorsy. Black and Gray tanks must be dumped, along with all trash, and Fresh Water tank must be full to avoid a fee. RV must be returned clean inside and outside to avoid a minimum $200 cleaning fee. Fees concerning excessive wear and tear on the RV, including staining of seats, bedding, etc, will be deducted from the deposit amount accordingly. Propane tank will be full at time of rental, and must be returned full to avoid fees. Due to COVID-19, all renters are expected to bring their own items. Renters will not be provided with dishes, linens, etc. Awning is not allowed for use.**Additional supplemental documents will need to be signed prior to rental.**

Policies
- Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as you cancel more than 14 days before departure.
- If canceled more than 5 days prior to departure:
- Insurance is refunded
- 100% of the booking total is refunded
- The service fee is not refunded
- If canceled within 5 days prior to departure:
- Insurance is refunded
- 75% of the booking total is refunded
- The service fee is not refunded
Owner fees
Mandatory sanitation fee for every rental. Also covers restocking/prep. This is NOT a cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the RV is not returned in the same standard of cleanliness as it was when it was picked up. See other add-ons for details.
Enhance your trip
RV returned 3 hours or longer after due time will be charged an additional rental day. *THIS IS A LATE FEE ONLY* RV may not be kept additional days beyond the rental period without written consent of RV owner.
A *minimum* $200 cleaning fee for RV that is not returned in the same standard of cleanliness as it was picked up in. This fee is avoidable by returning the RV with a clean interior and exterior.
This is a fee for emptying the Black and Gray Tanks, and filling the Fresh water tank. The fee is avoidable if the RV is returned appropriately.

Amazing trip with our four teenagers to Colorado. Plenty of space for everyone while traveling and while camping. Terrific RV that was clean, easy to drive, and set up at camp. Great communication with owner. We will definitely book this RV again.

Wonderful experience ! It was our first trip and we enjoyed it thoroughly !
Nazir was always promptly available for any questions and concerns . He and his daughter helped us from the beginning to the end and guided us at every step going above and beyond our expectations .

From check-in to drop-off they were extremely accommodating. Professional in every since of the word! The RV was clean and new, and we had a great time enjoying it. We will rent from them again. If you are skeptical about renting, I encourage you to check into this one.
