ROAD RULES PETS. When bringing a pet, paying the pet fee does not exclude any damages or odors that need repairing or remediating. You are still responsible for any damages/odors that the pets incur while on the trip. Costs to repair and/or remediate will be assessed and withheld from the security deposit at the cost of the remediation plus 10%. MILEAGE OVERAGES. Please take into account the 200 miles/day included with the rental. That is a total for the trip, based on the number of days in the trip. Any additional mileage incurred upon return of the unit will be charged at $.90 (ninety cents)/mile over. Prepaid, discounted non-refundable mileage packages can be purchased at $.70 (seventy cents) per mile. These are pre-purchased in 100 mile blocks, and are non-refundable. CLEANING. This includes any charges for cleaning up messes, refrigerator cleaning, bathroom and kitchen cleaning or anything else on the interior. The fee for not bringing back a clean RV is posted in add-ons. Exterior cleaning is excepted. DUMPING. Bring the unit back with empty gray and black tanks. If tanks need to be dumped, dumping fees will apply. (Fresh water tank does not need to be empty). SMOKING. Same for pet odors... if any smoking odors or evidence are detected, renter will be charged at the assessed value of remediating the odors from the RV. This is a non-smoking unit. FUEL. The unit will have full fuel and propane tanks when picked up. Please bring it back with full Propane and fuel tanks. Refueling fee of $75 will apply plus the cost of fuel if not returned full. My wife and I have been happy campers for over 15 years. We started out with a 30' 5th wheel, had several more and moved on to a 40' Class A. We find that we're on the road a lot more now that we're retired, and the motor home is the way to go if you're not spending a lot of time in one spot. It's so much easier driving a 40' motor home than a 40' 5th wheel. Our Thor Super C is so easy to drive and comfortable to stay in once you get to your destination. It is our mission to give our camper friends the best experience possible, both while driving and while staying at your destination.
