Our 2015 Keystone Premier bunkhouse will sleep 8-9 comfortably. There is plenty of space. There are 3 slide-outs; one for bunk room, one in kitchen and one long slide at dining table and sofa. The kitchen island makes food prep so much easier and there is a well-stocked kitchen with pots and pans and kitchen utensils. There is also an outside kitchen with extra burners, small sink and an electric refrigerator (this only works when plugged in to power) and grill.You will need to provide your own linens: 1 queen size bed, 2 full size bed, 3-4 single beds ideally XL twin sheets.Your vehicle must have adequate towing capacity to haul camper (7100lbs) + gear. This will require a full-sized pick-up at minimum. You will need a brake controller (mandatory) and a 2" receiver for our Blue Ox hitch.If you cannot tow the camper, we are willing to tow locally to your destination for an additional fee.*** Please note for PSU Football season there is a seasonal price change.

Cleaning: The unit will be spotless when picked up and SO IF THE Unit is NOT Returned in the same condition (as is noted on sign in or check in sheets, a Cleaning FEE will be assessed from the deposit funds. Any excessive cleaning necessary will be accessed on a case by case basis.No smoking or vaping in or around the unit; NO Pets; no roof access; evidence of any of this will result in loss of full security deposit, no exceptions.RV Toilet: We provide approved toilet paper for the rental, please let us know how many people will be traveling so we can provide the right quantity. You must use RV Marine toilet paper and if you run out of what we provide you should go out and get similar RV Marine toilet paper. NO Wipes, NO Tampons, NO Diapers, nothing else, but RV/Marine toilet paper and the approved RV tank treatment can be put in the RV toilet. Soft scrub/scrubbing bubbles are the approved cleaning products. If the RV toilet is clogged or the unit is left in less condition then when you picked it up, it could result in partial or full loss of security deposit.Take advantage of us going over the proper care of the unit at pickup. IT Will Take AT Least 1 Hour. We will have a tip sheet for you too. If you have any questions when renting, we will be available to you for answers.
