The hot topic of the night was all about scale. How do you go from one rig to two and then an entire fleet? In a market with a smaller than average rental window one of the winning combinations may be consignment. With the harsh northern winters, sending your rig or small fleet south for the snowbirds can be a prudent choice to prevent the need to winterize and store your money maker.
The biggest piece of product feedback we took away is owners want to know how to scale their single rig side hustle into a multi-unit full scale business.
Favorite quote from the evening: “We bought our RPOD brand new and haven’t had a chance to take it out ourselves this year it’s so popular! We can’t wait to add another.”
If you snapped any pics, make sure to share them using the hashtags #OutdoorsyMeetups #NeverIdle — we’d love to see them.
