Transportation
Driving
The route to Bridge Hollow Campground proceeds along paved highways of primarily two-lane construction. Travelers should begin by following US-191 until they reach a sign for Brown's Park Road on the right-hand side. After taking the right and continuing for twenty miles, a left-hand turn leads to Jarvie Ranch Road. Families should be prepared to cross over the Green River via a bridge. Just past the bridge is the entrance to Bridge Hollow Campground.
Travelers should easily be able to identify the campground area due to its location just beside John Harvie Historic Ranch.
Parking
There is a small paved lot at the entrance to Bridge Hollow Campground that can accommodate several small cars as well as a few RVs and trailers. It is not paved.
Public Transportation
There is no public transportation available to Bridge Hollow Campground.

Reservations camping
Vernal/Dinosaur Land KOA Campground
Vernal/Dinosaur Land KOA Campground is a popular camping facility that offers year-round camping for RV and tent campers to enjoy. Reservations are required for stays at this much-beloved property.
The on-site amenities include Wifi, 50 amp power hookups, cable TV, an outdoor pool, a communal kitchen, a mini golf course, and a picnic pavilion.
Both firewood and propane are available for sale on the premises.
This campground can accommodate RVs and trailers up to a maximum length of 80 feet.
Dogs may join their owners at their campsite but must remain on a leash at all times.
Red Fleet Campground
Red Fleet Campground is found near to the popular national park known as Dinosaur Land. Campsites are available for both RV and tent camping year-round here. Reservations are recommended.
There are 29 campsites in total. Each of the sites is equipped with its own picnic table, barbecue, and fire ring. Sites 19-21 also provide power and water hookups.
The on-site amenities include a boat launch, canoe rentals, drinking water, a picnic shelter, and a waste disposal station.
Dogs are permitted on the grounds so long as they remain leashed.
It is important to note that there are no shower facilities at this campground.

Bridge Hollow Campground
Bridge Hollow Campground offers campsites year-round for RV and tent campers on a first-come, first-served basis. A small camping facility nestled along the edge of the Green River, there are 14 sites from which families can choose for their camping adventure.
Each campsite is complete with a picnic table. Drinking water is available on site, and vault toilets are provided for public use.
Dogs may join their owners on the premises but must remain leashed at all times.
The most popular activities at this campground include fishing, swimming, hiking, and photography.

Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum
No visit to Bridge Hollow Campground would be complete without a stop by the Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum. Located just 80 miles outside the small town of Vernal, this popular attraction is a haven for those interested in learning more about the area's prehistoric roots.
At this museum, families can enjoy obtaining further information about creatures that once inhabited the land, participate in a mock fossil excavation, and even wander through the on-site dinosaur garden.
Also found on the museum grounds is a visitors center where families can gain information about interesting places to visit during their holiday in Vernal.
Uintah County Heritage Museum
Uintah County Heritage Museum is a popular recreational attraction for families visiting Bridge Hollow Campground. This facility is dedicated to the preservation of the history of the region and houses exhibits that pay homage to the people that once made their home on the land, including early explorers, Native Americans, miners, soldiers, and men in the military.
The museum's primary focus is the activity that occurred within the Uintah Basin over the years. Many interactive exhibits help to keep the region's culture and heritage alive for future generations to learn about.
There are several permanent art exhibitions housed on the grounds, and throughout the year, the museum hosts events during which local artists are invited to showcase their current collections.

Steinaker State Park is situated within a fossil-rich region and is an excellent home base for people wishing to visit such popular area attractions as Dinosaur Land or the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area.
RV and tent camping is also permitted on the premises.
Among the most favored recreational activities include fishing, wakeboard, waterskiing, canoeing, kayaking, picnicking, and paddleboarding.
Dinosaur Land
Dinosaur Land is one of the region's most popular destinations during a trip to Bridge Hollow Campground. Located in the heart of the Uintah Basin, the landscape is characterized by its rich red stone and immense mountain peaks, making this national park grounds particularly picturesque.
Dinosaur Land offers lots of attractions for families to enjoy during a visit. From hiking trails to fossil remains, lush, clear manmade lakes and more, visitors to this beloved recreational area will not want for things to do here.
The entrance to the park is marked by an exhibit hall which houses over 1,500 fossil remains for families to peruse at their leisure.
RV and tent camping are also permitted on the grounds.
