RV parking passes typically cost $100-150 for regular season games through approved vendors, with spots available in lots like the Blue and Gold lots that accommodate vehicles up to 40 feet. The Queen City's extensive RV rental network makes it easy for visiting fans to secure everything from compact travel trailers to luxurious Class A motorhomes. Whether you're a season ticket holder looking to upgrade your tailgate setup or an out-of-town fan planning your first Uptown adventure, RV tailgating offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and Carolina Panthers pride.
RV tailgating elevates the Panthers' game day experience by providing climate-controlled comfort, full kitchen facilities, and a home base in Charlotte's energetic Uptown atmosphere.
Bank of America Stadium sits in the heart of Charlotte's business district, surrounded by skyscrapers, restaurants, and entertainment venues that create an electric atmosphere on game days. The stadium's location makes RV tailgating particularly appealing, as you get all the excitement of urban tailgating while maintaining your own private space with bathrooms, kitchens, and comfortable seating.
Unlike traditional tailgating setups that depend on weather cooperation, RV tailgating lets you enjoy Panthers games regardless of Charlotte's unpredictable fall and winter weather. Rain or shine, cold snaps or warm stretches, your tailgate continues comfortably inside your RV while you watch pregame coverage and prepare for kickoff.
For Panthers fans planning their tailgate adventure, Charlotte RV rentals offer an excellent variety and convenience. Consider Gastonia RV rentals for potentially lower rates, located just 30 minutes west of Uptown Charlotte.
Panthers RV tailgating costs vary significantly based on game importance, parking location, and booking timing, with most fans paying between $100 to 200 per game.
Regular Season Games: Standard RV parking passes typically range from $100 to 150 per game when purchased through official vendors. These rates apply to most divisional games and non-prime matchups throughout the season.
Prime Games (Monday Night Football, Divisional Rivals, Playoff Games): Expect premium pricing of $150-250 per RV parking pass. Games against teams like the Saints, Falcons, or Buccaneers command higher rates due to increased demand.
Season Parking Passes: Season ticket holders can purchase annual RV parking passes, offering significant savings for fans attending multiple games throughout the Panthers' season.
All parking fees are separate from game tickets and typically don't include stadium amenities. Food, beverages, and other tailgating supplies remain your responsibility, though many RV tailgaters prefer preparing meals in their rigs rather than purchasing stadium concessions.
Securing your Panthers RV tailgating spot requires advance planning through official team partners or authorized parking vendors.
Official Team Website: Visit panthers.com to purchase parking passes directly through the team's official parking partners. This method offers the most reliable access to legitimate passes and customer support.
Authorized Vendors: Several Charlotte-area companies hold official partnerships for Panthers parking sales. These vendors typically offer both single-game and season packages with verified authenticity.
Season Ticket Holder Priority: Season ticket holders receive first access to RV parking passes, often with discounted rates and preferred lot locations. Contact your ticket representative for available options.
Third-Party Marketplaces: While resale platforms offer parking passes, verify authenticity and understand that prices may be inflated for high-demand games.
For out-of-town fans, consider coordinating your RV rental timing with parking reservations to ensure both accommodation and parking are secured well before game week.

When packing for your trip to the Carolina Panthers game, pay close attention to the weather. Football season spans the end of summer through winter, and the open-air stadium doesn't protect against the elements. Depending on the weather, you might want to pack your favorite Carolina Panthers jersey or hoodie as well as your black and blue hat or beanie. Don't forget your gloves if you are attending a winter game.
It's almost impossible to attend an NFL game without bringing an excess of gear. When you pack for your trip, pack for both tailgating and the game. Bring chairs, grills, and coolers for the best tailgating experience, and for the game, don't forget your NFL-approved clear plastic bag. If you forgot any team gear, or you need to stock up on koozies, Panthers clothing, and other Carolina Panthers themed items, stop by the Carolina Panthers Team Store.
Attending a Carolina Panthers tailgate and a football game is an exciting experience that requires football fans to spend most of the day outside. No matter the weather, it's possible to get a sunburn, so pack sunscreen and lip balm that contains an SPF. It's also a good idea to pack a small first-aid kit, so you have some necessary medical supplies on hand and don't have to leave your tailgate or campsite for a minor medical problem.
Crank up the grill and cook your favorite tailgate dishes for you and your friends. Charcoal grills make cooking easy and safe, plus who doesn't like the flavor of grilled hot wings and a smoky hot dog? Before setting up your tailgate, make sure your open-flamed grill meets the stadium's approved minimal distance between a vehicle and a grill. When you are done serving up your snacks, dispose of your hot coals in any of the coal and ash disposal bins located throughout the parking lot.
The food and drink choices in Charlotte are a mix of southern-comfort foods with trendy local restaurants. The Uptown area of the city, where the stadium is located, has restaurants within walking distance and food choices to tempt any palate. If you are looking for a local brewery or distillery, you won't have to go far. Charlotte has many local watering holes sure to quench your thirst.
You may not want to fill up too fast at your tailgate party as you may miss out on some of the best southern-styled concessions in the stadium. Bank of America Stadium and the Carolina Panthers want every fan to have a taste of the Carolinas, that's why so many of the food choices are Carolina-based foods or some of North Carolinian's favorite flavors. Bring cash and charge cards with you, but if you find yourself needing more Carolina-style BBQ, and you are out of cash, visit any of the ATMs located throughout the concourse.
