This adorable camper is perfect for a couple or small family.   Full size bed with memory foam mattress topper, two bunks and a fold down dinette will comfortably sleep 5.  Bathroom with toilet and shower/tub.  Camper is equipped with propane heater, electric heater, and air conditioner.  A dorm size electric refrigerator/freezer, dual burner gas stove, and sink complete the kitchenette.  



The camper is fully stocked with cups, plates, dishes, bowls, serving dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, bath towels, dish towels, bedding, pillows, and even games - all the things to help make your camping adventure fun and memorable.

No smoking allowed in camper.  If smoking is detected, your deposit will be kept.

What to bring:

Personal blankets, pillow, sheets if desired.  Also, towels as well.  I also offer a “Linen + package” that includes full sheets and comforters for additional beds and 6 XL beach towels so you can pack light! Sheets for Master are included complimentary.

The trailer has reuse plates, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, bowls, measuring cups, & specific toilet paper for toilet (regular TP can’t be used in the system).

Late Fees:

Late Renter Pickup/Meetup: If a renter is late for a Rental Pickup, a late fee of $15/hour will be assessed until the time of pickup unless previously discussed and approved before the pickup date/time.

Pickup/Dropoff:

Times vary from weekend to weekday pickup/drop-offs. Weekday pickup/deliveries would be in the late afternoon/evening times.  Renter pickup can also be early morning if availability allows.  Please message to discuss details of your trip.


Dirty RV Fee:

We understand that RVs get dirty out on the road! Returning a RV with a “normal” amount of exterior dirt is acceptable and will not result in any additional charges. However, if an RV is returned covered with mud/dirt, soot, trash, food, wine stains, interior dirt/grime etc, and you do not wash & clean the RV prior to returning it, the owner may require that the renter be charged an additional cleaning fee. These fees vary from owner to owner & severity of mess.

Please empty all tanks after usage (fees may apply) and ensure you return it in the same condition as it was picked up/Dropped off in.

Very cute and easily towable RV!  The lite weight Coleman Lantern LT Series 15BH travel trailer from Dutchmen offers a rear bath and rear set of bunks. One rear corner has a bath with shower and toilet while the opposite corner has a set of bunk beds. A closet and shelving are included at the end of the bunks, facing the dinette which can also be a bed, at the front. The kitchen includes a pantry, two burner range, single sink, counter space, and overhead cabinets with a microwave. The front of this travel trailer highlights a generous u-shaped dinette that can be utilized for meals/playing games/ OR as a sleeping space. I will have it configured ahead of time for you. There is overhead storage the full width of the front wall, and more! No generator provided unless dry camping.

Because RV bed sizes are very different than conventional bed sizes, we supply clean fitted sheets for all 3 beds. Guests must supply their own blankets, pillows, towels and toiletries.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, plates, utensils and cookware for 4 people. We supply 4 rolls of RV-approved toilet paper.

Whether you’re booking this van to travel with convenience, or you’re thinking to try out vanlife before committing to purchasing your own, we know that you’ll love what this van has to offer!
 
The kitchen comes equipped with hot and cold running water and a large enamel sink. For the option of cooking indoors or outside, there is a 2-burner camp stove along with one canister of propane. The lower cabinets are stocked with all of your cooking needs.

A bench seat holds a Dometic 75L dual-zone refrigerator, giving you the option to use half of it as a freezer. This allows you to bring some special treats like ice cream, or our favorite, pierogies! The bench holds a Lagun swivel table, creating a place to eat or journal after a long day spent in nature.
 
Custom cabinetry features a closet for hanging clothes and plenty of cabinets to store your gear and other items. The cassette toilet is hidden in the bottom drawer of the closet and glides on heavy-duty drawer slides. 
 
Powered by the sun, our electrical system will keep your devices charged while still holding enough juice to run the fridge, fan and lights. There is a 2000W Inverter/Charger that will allow you to charge larger devices like a laptop or the nurtribullet blender (which we include in the kitchen).
 
Off the back door is an outdoor shower, stocked with a showering tent, biodegradable soaps and shampoos, and a bamboo shower mat to keep your feet off of the earth. 
 
Once you’re ready for lights out, you’ll be able to cozy up in the standard full-size bed (not suitable for people over 6’2”).
 
Under the bed is a large space for storage, it’s also where the electrical and plumbing components live. The space is big enough to hold bags, gear, and even bulky items like fire wood or crash pads for climbing.

Kitchen: A 2-burner propane stove, 1 propane canister, pots and pans, essential cooking utensils, dishware, flatware, a french press for coffee making, along with ground coffee beans, oil, and salt & pepper. Biodegradable dish soap and other dishwashing items will be supplied.

Bed: fresh linens, comforter, and pillows.

Toiletries: Biodegradable body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Leisure: 2 camp chairs, a folding table, playing cards, and other games.

This RAM Promaster does not have rear windows, but the wide mirrors give the driver plenty of visibility. 

This RAM Promaster is 2WD. The tires are upgraded making dirt roads completely doable, but off-roading is not permitted. Please be aware of clearance and the height of the vehicle (10 feet).

We are nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, with hiking and camping within a short distance. There are dispersed sites and many campground options in the area.

Some of our local breweries are Reklis Brewing in Bethlehem, Schilling Brewing in Littleton, Iron Furnace Brewing in Franconia, and Big Day Brewing in Gorham. Some local cafes to check out are Maia Papaya in Bethlehem, and Crumb Bum in Littleton. Dining options also include Cold Mountain in Bethlehem, The Beal House and Taste the Thai in Littleton, along with many others.

Modern amenities, very well kept. Everything you need to camp, bring food and clothing, and everything else is included. Have kids? No problem; there is a bunkhouse living quarter with a door for their privacy and yours. The master bedroom has a full queen that has been replaced with a 12-inch actual mattress, and it has a door! The bathroom has lots of space and a separate door, so you do not keep going through the unit while outside. The outside has a full kitchen with refrigeration. \

Unit has 2 slide outs and has a 50 AMP service with dual top A/c units..

Fresh Linens, Camping Chairs, 100 Gallons of Propane. Cooking Utensils, both indoor and outdoor, eating set for 10. Coffee maker, pots, pans inside and outside. 
Toilet Paper, Sleeping bags, a Tent that sleeps 5, coolers, outside grass and floor mats, lanterns, and both fuel and battery-operated. 
I will go to the food shop and fill the fridge/freezer if needed/asked.  
All chemicals for the tanks will be provided. 
We will perform a 100% walkthrough, and everything will be captured via camera and spreadsheet. You will be provided a copy of both. This ensures there is no question about the condition of the rental. 

I provide the best of the best and ensure that this unit is always cleaned and in tip-top shape; renting from me is like staying in a 5-star hotel. 



Please do not smoke or vape in the camper; doing so will result in the loss of your security deposit and a cleaning fee.
If you get kicked out of your camping spot and I need to show up unexpectedly, you lose your security deposit plus $5.00 a mile round trip fee. 
I camp with my family with a child with disabilities and a dog and have never been kicked out or even talked to.  (Know where you are camping and check reviews; some campgrounds are a pain in the butt no matter what. Been there done that, sometimes it is better to be 10 miles away from your destination, rather than having to deal with BS campground owners)

If you utilize propane and you're hauling the camper, I expect you to re-fill; if I have to re-fill when it's brought back, it is 30.00 plus the cost of propane.  If I am dropping off and picking up, I will fill for the cost of the propane used. 

Before dropping off, the Gray and Black Tanks must be emptied; failure to do so will result in a $100.00 charge. It cost me my time and money to empty the tanks. If I am picking up and dropping off, I will ensure its all cleaned up and taken care of. 

Please bring my rig back in the same condition you left with it. 

If you bring my rig back and it is filthy rotten inside, you will lose your security deposit; all cleaning materials to keep this unit clean are provided. I do not expect this to come back spotless, but if you spill crap and muddy up the floors, do not sweep, and your just filthy ill charge.
 Please note that I provide linens, towels, wash rags for 10, bed sheets, etc., which are part of the camping experience, and I wash them after each trip. If there are excessive stains, just like in a hotel, there will be a laundry charge of $150.00. I even provide napkins, paper towels, and toilet paper for free!! 

At the end of the day I also camp with my family.!!!

If you're going to camp in the New England area within 200 miles of my location and are only planning on staying at one campsite, let me drop off and pick up the camper. This allows you to show up and camp without worrying about hauling and setting up.    I'll work with you on the price to pick up and drop off; it will not be much more than it would cost you to pick up and drop off.

   This 2022 travel trailer will be perfect for the whole family to have plenty of fun and adventure. 
   There is a full kitchen with indoor -and outdoor fridge, gas stove inside -and grill outside, microwave, and deep sink.  All basic cooking, ware, and utensils provided along with a coffee pot and toaster.  
   The king-sized bed in Master Bed has plenty of travel storage.  Two full bunks for the kids are located in rear of trailer.  Linens and blankets, bath and kitchen towels, and extras are provided.  The dinette and couch also fold down for extra sleeping areas.  
   There is a spacious bathroom with large shower and skylight in rear of trailer with its own entrance, so people don't need to track through the front to use.  
   We provide some outdoor seating and folding table to enjoy the outdoor cooking area all under the 15' electric awning with LED lighting.
   If there is anything extra/special, you would like provided - just let us know!


Trailer rental includes linens, sheets, towels, etc....   Kitchen includes basic essentials like pots, pans, some utensils, plates, and cups.  Also, folding table and chairs are available.
