Loup Park Campground

If you're looking for a well-equipped RV campground in east Nebraska, look no further than Loup Park Campground. Located right outside of Columbus and close to Lake Babcock and River Platte, this is a wonderful destination for anyone who loves swimming and fishing. Book an RV in Platte County, Nebraska to explore this charming little city and rural area. Bigger cities, like Lincoln, Omaha, and Grand Island, are just about an hour and a half away.

This is one of the few RV parks in Columbus where all sites have lake views. Here you'll find electric hookups, but no sewer and water hookups. Loup Park is a family-friendly Columbus campground with a lot of space for the kids to play. You can also bring your pets and have long walks with them by the lake. Campsites are big-rig friendly, and there's a tent camping area as well. Enjoy picnics by the lake, photography, hiking, and so much more in the park.

Near Lake Babcock is Lake North, another popular camping and fishing destination. The best time and place for fishing is in the morning, close to the bridge that connects the park with Lake North. Several hiking trails, sports courts, and picnic shelters are also available by the lake.
