The Great Outdoors

With eighteen parks, three rivers and eight lakes in the vicinity, renting a motorhome in Columbus to exploring the great outdoors could not be easier. Covering over 155 acres, Pawnee Park is one of the largest outdoor spaces in Columbus. Home to a number of small ponds, this is a great place for anyone who loves a gentle day of fishing in a tranquil setting. For families with young children, there are several playgrounds and plenty of wild geese and ducks to observe. Whilst in the park, why not check out the Higgins Memorial statue. This impressive monument is dedicated to Andrew Jackson Higgins, a famous inventor that was born in Columbus.
