Awesome host, reply’s back promptly and is always available turning the trip just in case we had any questions about the RV. Will rent off of Raymond again 10/10 experience. RV trailer is very clean and as described. Had a GREAT experience

First time using Outdoorsy and extremely glad it was with Raymond. His communication was excellent from the start and he was very accommodating to our needs including dropping trailer off exactly when we needed it along with a generator and extra gas. Upon drop off Raymond took the time to walk us through all the trailer features in detail and was extremely pleasant to have general conversation with. Following his departure we noticed that the A/C had stopped working, we contacted Raymond and he responded immediately with a phone call to figure out this issue, which was ultimately the generator being in Eco mode. An easy fix. From there we had zero issues and an overall great experience. Goes without saying we highly recommend Raymond!

Had a good time out with this. Hosts were very nice and loaded up the trailer with any stuff we may need. Some minor issues with the door, but the host advised us of that before we left.
