Chincoteague Island KOA

The eastern shore of Virginia is one of the most beautiful spots in the United States and RV camping at Chincoteague Island KOA is a great way to enjoy its sights and attractions. At the KOA, there are lots of ways to keep yourself busy including a seasonal swimming pool (open from late May to late October), playground, tour shuttle, jumping pillow, dog park, kayak launch, and Maui Jack’s Water Park. After a day of campground fun, Wi-Fi service and cable TV are available when it's time to wind down. At the on-site camp store, you can purchase propane, firewood, and other supplies, and bike rentals are offered too, so you can explore the scenic terrain on two wheels.

Rigs up to 65 feet long are accommodated here, and sites with pull-through or back-in access are available. Chincoteague Island campers can choose from full or partial hookups. Home conveniences like a laundry room and bathhouse with showers are on-site, and the KOA also features a snack bar.

When you venture outside of the RV park, you can find many more ways to have a good time. When you book an RV in Accomack County, you can head to the water park next door, check out the amazing Assateague Island National Seashore, or dabble in some space exploration details at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility Visitors Center. Spend an afternoon at the family-friendly amusement park nearby, or head farther inland to see much more when you're RV camping at Chincoteague Island KOA.
