Carolina Country Campground is located in Salisbury, NC, which sits in the east-central portion of this rather large state. This town is fairly small, but it is situated amongst several larger cities. These include Winston-Salem, at around 40 miles to the north, and Greensboro at around 50 miles to the northeast.
