Full kitchenware (dish soap, dish scrubber, hand soap, suran wrap, tin foil, ziploc bags, basic spices, plastic cutlery, knife set, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pizza cutter, spatulas, can opener, pots/pans/lids, etc…). Toiletries (RV safe toilet paper, bar soap (1), toothbrush (2), toothpaste (1), hand soap).  ZINUS 8” memory foam queen mattress covered with mattress protector. Interior/exterior Bluetooth speakers, 50” smart tv, power awning, card games, basic first aid kit, exterior shower and exterior fridge and stovetop. 
2 camping chairs, outdoor rug for outside the front door, door mat (for right inside the front door, to catch dirt). Generator optional (free for 4 hours per day, additional fees for time after that). Pack n’ play and highchair are available for use, for free, upon request.

-“The Bueller” is our home on wheels, so please treat it with kindness 😉 
-“The Bueller” can technically sleep 6 people. 2 adults in the private queen bed. 1 adult OR 2 kids on the futon couch bed. 1 pack n play OR 2 kids on the table bed. 
-Smoking or vaping inside the RV is prohibited and will result in a hefty fine. 
-Please ONLY flush the RV safe toilet paper provided and dispose of ALL other toiletries in the TRASH CAN. Failure to do so can cause severe damage. 
-There is NO disposal in the kitchen sink, so please scrape all food into the trash BEFORE washing in the sink. Any food in the sink can cause major plumbing issues. 
-Keep in mind that there isn’t an unlimited supply of water and electricity (unless you are somewhere with hook-ups). A full tank of water should last 3 people about 7-10 days (depending on how often you shower). So be aware of that if you are going off the grid for an extended period of time. 
-TIP: turn the water heater on 10 minutes before showering, to give the water time to heat up. The switch is located on the panel by the front door. 
-TIP: the water pump needs to be turned on to use the water. Turn it off if the water isn’t going or be used for an extended period of time. The switch is located on the panel by the front door. 

Check out Process:
-If you’re driving the trailer yourself, PLEASE ensure that everything is secure for transport. Please close all cupboards, roof vents, and doors (inside AND outside of the trailer.) make sure the windows, awning, and pop out are closed all the way. Please make sure the TV is secure with the TV strap, and please slide a couch pillow in between the tv and the pop out. Anything not secure will slide around and can cause major damage. 
-Please leave out all linens that get used, so that they can be cleaned for the next getaway.
-Feel free to leave any dishes in the sink, that you don’t want to wash, and we’ll make sure they’re properly washed and sanitized. 
-Please make sure all trash/food has ended up in the trash can, that way we can limit the bugs. 
-No need to worry about anything else. Simply walk away and think about considering "The Bueller" for your next "day off" adventure!

We have taken “The Bueller” to the sandy beaches of California and to the pine trees of Payson, AZ multiple times. We have loved our adventures so far, and we look forward to seeing where our renters take the Bueller next! The Bambi is the perfect unit for a first time "Airstreaming" family experience! It can be towed with most 6-cylinder vehicles and gives you all the iconic qualities you would expect from am Airstream travel trailer! This unit is 22 feet long and can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. It has a front Queen bed with a dinette space that conveniently transitions from lounging or meal time to a full size bed depending on your needs. It contains 180 watts of solar with access to 30 AMP service and hot water heater for showering off the adventures of the day! For those warm summer days, you have access to a single AC/furnace combo unit with heat pump at 13,500 BTU that flows throughout the cabin. There are aluminum blinds and blackout curtains throughout the unit for complete privacy. The Bambi also has a combined freezer/refrigerator, two-burner gas stove and microwave oven for all your cooking needs. 

If your one that likes to stay connected while retreating to the outdoors, this trailer offers a 22" LED HD TV with satellite and cable connectivity; a DVD player, as well as Bluetooth connectivity to stream music, radio and download movies. There are multiple USB ports and 110V outlets located throughout the unit for all your technology charging needs to capture those magical moments. 

To enhance your outdoor experience, this Airstream offers an expandable awning to ensure you keep cool and shaded from the summer sun as well as an outdoor shower. Ready to grill? There is an exterior low-pressure gas grill connection to hook up an outdoor bbq for those memorable evening meals in front of the camp fire.  While towing, the Bambi offers a rear-view monitoring camera so you can travel safely.

Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need for a memorable experience without having to pack your entire house. We provide all cooking utensils (Spatula, Serving Spoon, full set of knives, can opener, wine bottle opener, collapsible measuring cups, measuring spoons, scissors, and (4) expandable smore's skewers. A set of four cups, plates, bowls and silverware are provided as well as two coffee yeti tumblers. Also available to you are a set of stackable pots and pans with interchangeable handles, strainer, cutting board and a toaster. 

We also like to make sure you have all tools you need to keep the space clean during your travels and upon return! We provide (2) trash cans, trash bags, (2) rolls of paper towels, RV toilet paper, Windex, Clorox wipes, a Swiffer with Swiffer pads, dish soap, dish scrubber, sponge, stainless steel cleaner and toilet bowl cleaner. For dumping, included are (2) sets of disposable gloves as well as the toilet and sink flushing tablets. 

For safety, we also include a first aid kit, flash light and hotel travel set (shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ lotion/ tissues/ q-tips and Advil). Lastly for the enhancement of your outdoor camping experience we provide (4) foldable Airstream camping chairs as well as an outdoor rug. 

UPON REQUEST: We do have the option to include (Queen) bedding (sheets/comforter & pillows) as well as a set of (4) bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths.

This Airstream does NOT allow SMOKING of any kind

The A/C will not work without a generator or other power source. If your not visiting a camp site with power and would like to use the A/C you will need to opt in for the generator

2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX Baja Edition

Camp out, adventure, and relax in comfort in this new family-sized camper with everything you need: an outdoor kitchen, an indoor fireplace, an 18-foot awning, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of storage for extended vacations. The slide-out creates plenty of room for an open living space with a large U-shaped dinette, large kitchen, and comfy sofa. We are pet friendly! Responsible pet owners are welcome to bring their furry friends along and an additional pet fee. 

Sleeps up to 8. The bunk house with three bunk beds and a convertible sofa in the rear of the camper sleeps 4 and is great for kids. . A cozy master bedroom with a queen-sized bed is at the front of the camper for added privacy. There's also a convertible sofa in the central area that sleeps 1-2 more.

Connect to campsite hook up or go off-grid with the duel-fuel generator that runs off propane or gas. The AC unit will keep you cool in the heat while the heater and fireplace keep you warm in the winter.  

1/2 ton truck or larger required for towing. Towing is easy with an anti-sway weight-distribution hitch included with the rental. There's also a backup camera with its own portable screen. The camper is available to pick up for experienced trailer haulers or you can avoid the hassle of towing with owner drop-off.

This camper is great for taking anywhere from established RV parks to well-maintained off-grid sites. It is 35 feet long, so check campground limitations and requirements. Northern Arizona is perfect for escaping the heat or enjoying some snow. 
If you're dry camping, the freshwater will last about 3 days for 4 people if used sparingly. Power will last much longer with the generator and enough fuel. 
Towels and personal toiletries including soap and shampoo are recommended.
