This camper is towable with most vehicles due to its light weight. If you do not feel comfortable hauling this trailer, delivery is available up to 300 miles!

This camper is equipped with a large propane bottle that is used to run most of the camper's features. This camper has a seven pin connector for trailer lights and can be converted to a 4 pin connector with an adapter if necessary.

Generator can be included. We recommend running this if you are not going to be parking the camper at a campground or rv park. This is necessary for running the AC and the microwave.

Optional is a mini Traeger Smoker and Grill for an additional charge. This grill runs on pellets that will be provided and plugs right into the side of the trailer through a home style outlet. Cooking utensils will be provided with this rental.

Meeting spots to pick up the camper will vary, an address and time of meeting will be sent to the renter before the rental date.  

Delivery is available to the desired location of the renter's getaway, but will need to be planned in advanced. 

We do expect that you return the camper in the shape it was given. A clean fee will be applied if the trailer does not come back clean. 

If you chose to rent out the mini Traeger Smoker and grill along with the camper, that will also need to be clean when returned or an additional clean fee will be applied to the total cost of the rental.

An Inverter Generator (Champion 7850) can be rented (additional fee) for your camping trip (4 hours included per night with an additional $3 charge per hour of excess operation). Generator will be fully operational upon delivery. Refueling will be at renters expense, however there is an optional 5 gallon container of gas available for $27.50 (5.50 per gallon). **Price subject to change due to inflation of gas prices**

Delivery/Pickup fee includes setup, pack out, and haul away. Please message me before booking if you would like a delivery so I can ensure my schedule allows for it. This fee covers up to 25 miles ($5.40/mile for additional miles up to 75), further distances will have to be coordinated before booking to ensure delivery is feasible. **Price subject to change due to inflation of fuel prices. If house rules are not followed you will not receive your a portion or possibly a full refund back, depending on the severity of the the broken rule.

House and Pet Rules:

- No smoking of any kind including vaping. 
- PET RULES - $100 ($50 for each additional pet) Non refundable pet fee must be purchased. No pets over 100lbs. If pet fee is not purchased, and there is a pet, deposit will not be returned. If pet causes damage to RV and /or urinates and/or defecates, all or some of deposit may not be returned.
- Only flush RV toilet paper down toilet. No wipe, feminine products, trash, Nothing except RV toilet paper.
- Do not overflow black and gray tanks. Excessive toilet and shower use will result in this expensive fix. This camper is rated for 8 people and that means the water and bathroom use as well. 
- Empty all trash cans in dumpsters.
- Do not leave trash in or around camp RV site. 
- Wash and put away where you found any dishes used.
- Put dirty towels and sheets in laundry bag or on ground. Beds not slept in please leave made. 
- Keep RV swept to keep dirt down.
- If windy keep awning closed, it will be damaged. 
- This is our personal RV, please keep it clean and treat it with respect.

Before you start and hook up generator everything in RV must be shut down.  Start generator before you plug in.
