Cancellations within 14 Days:
Reservations canceled 14 days or less prior to your rental date are non-refundable.

Cancellations Made Before 14 Days:
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, $150 of your deposit is non-refundable, but it will remain on your account as a credit. This credit can be applied toward a future rental within 365 days (1 year) from the original reservation date.

Holiday Weekend Policy:
No cancellations are accepted for holiday weekends at any time. All deposits for holiday weekend bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Wildwood comes with plenty of sleeping options. It has very roomy dinette and versa lounge sofa. This Unit is 35' exterior and 27 feel interior.  We have this model in a 50 amp service that has 2 a/c's.

Bedroom has a Sealy pillow-top Queen size mattress with sheets and blanket. Additional sleeping on sofa and dinette w/o bedding.  Living space has a couch and two recliners.  Living space has a 50 inch Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth radio.  Bedroom has a 32 inch Smart TV . Outside stereo speakers and outside LED lighting . All electric jacks and stabilizers, with hitch included. Living space has plenty of room for a king size air mattress to add more sleeping. Ducted A/C and heat.  Optional generator for rent.

 Provided by owner:  
- Linens for main Queen bed provided.  No pillows.
- Bath towels, hand towel and washcloths available. 
- Kitchen towels, dish cloths, pot holder available. 
- Pots, pans, baking sheet, and indoor cooking utensils, measuring cups, spoons, whisk, etc). 
- Cutting board and colander.
- Plastic plates, cups, and bowls available.

Pots and pans with cooking utensils, cutting board, measuring cups, and can opener.   We also have a small coffee pot, a crock pot, a griddle, and electric skillet available for use. 

No smoking or pets allowed in the camper.  

This camper has been to many campsites and even trekked to Yellowstone!  Also, great for having your own space when visiting relatives out of town.

Hot Springs National Park has a ton of things to do! Between the beautiful hiking trails, bike riding, bath houses, gift shops, lakes, and parks, you will have plenty to enjoy! Hot Springs also is home to the Oaklawn race track and casino. There are a few lakes to choose from that keep you close to hot springs such as Ouachita, Lake Hamilton, and Lake Cathrine! All wonderful in their own right! Downtown also has some wonderful bars and places to eat! Such as "The Vault", Porterhouse, copper penny club, the Ohio club, etc. Many of the parks offer parking for large vehicles and several full-hookup RV Camping spots.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations may be cancelled within 48 hours from the time they are made and a full refund will be issued as long as the start date is at least 14 days from the date the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the start of the trip, we will refund 50% of the booking total. Service fees are non-refundable.
