RV Rules

Excessive Cleaning Fee
We will charge an extra $100 cleaning fee if a guest returns the trailer excessively dirty. All dishes, pots and pans must be cleaned. 

Black and Gray Water Dump Fee
Please dump and flush the black and gray water tanks before returning the trailer. We would charge a $80 dumping fee if the tanks are not emptied and Flushed before returning. This includes Deliveries. 


No smoking
Please no smoking in our trailer at any point. If the trailer smells like smoke when it is returned, we may keep your security deposit to pay for deep cleaning and deodorizing the trailer.


Power Source requirements 
This trailer is fully electric requires 30 Amp outlet. If you are using a standard house outlet you will be limited to the amount of appliances you can use at once. There is no propane. 

AC, fireplace, refrigerator, outlets and water heater need 110/120 V power source to power. It is recommended to bring an ice chest along for perishables. 

Generator is available as an add of $25 per night. This generator is specifically chosen to provide the amount of power needed to operate all functions of the trailer. If rented please return full to avoid a $35 refuel fee. 

All interior lights, awning, water pump and USB-C outlet use the provided 12V battery to power.

This stunning motorhome is so fun and comfortable to travel in. The bunkbeds are awesome for kids (big and small) to hang out, there are 3 TVs for plenty of entertainment if needed and lots of space for privacy and space.

Please respect the space as if it was your own.
If you do bring a pet please clean up after them. failure to do so will result in a deduction from you deposit for an additional $200 cleaning fee. 
Please return trailer in the same condition  as you took. please pick up after yourselves, keep the bathroom clean and be mindful of single ply toilet paper only in the toilet and clean out the refrigerator. Before return of the RV please dump the black and gray holding tanks, refill propane and gas tanks, empty trash and remove food from the refrigerator. 
THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS NOT COMPLETED.  

FESTIVALS:  ADDITIONAL $500 FEE TO COVER ADDITIONAL WEAR AND TEAR AND DUSTY CLEAN UP

RV is expected back by noon, later return time can be discussed. If RV comes back later then 5pm a $200 late fee will be applied.

At 24 ft. this RV is easy to drive and fits in practically any campsite (equipped w/back up camera). The Chateau is fully equipped with every hookup there is… But can also run all the appliances without any hookups if the campground does not offer them. Never lose basic power with included solar that keeps the battery going, as well as a built in generator powered by the RV's fuel tank that runs everything.

Stay cool with the AC, warm with the heater, cook all of your meals on the top of the line stovetop with the brand new fridge keeping all your food cool, all while relaxing and watching your favorite dvd on the big screen. On top of that it has free Wi-Fi. The large outdoor storage area is more than enough to carry all your camping needs.

The Chateau has three beds (sleeps six very comfortably)… One main bed, one over the cab, with the third converting from the dinette. We have tons of extras that come with it if you’d like…  Fire Pit, Huge Rug, Air Compressor, and more.

It’s great for all the SoCal spots including Campland by the Bay, Mission Bay Campground, Leo Carrillo, San Clemente State Beach, San Mateo, Huntington Waterfront, and of course full on Cross Country road trips!!

Has a queen size bed, two bunks and a bed that transitions from the table, big enough for an adult or two kids.  Trailer is lightweight and easy to tow.  Everything from a SUV, Tacoma and bigger can tow the trailer.  Dry weight of the trailer is 3,334 lbs, gvwr is 4800 lbs.  Single axle.  Trailer has a separate shower, toilet and bathroom sink.  Lots of storage space.  The slide out makes this trailer big.  Has two propane tanks with an external quick hookup for a grill or Blackstone.  Comes with an outdoor camping stove and outdoor refrigerator.  Also has air conditioning when you need to escape the heat.

Will include 4 hours a day of generator time, if needed.  Will also include linens for the queen size bed and two bunks. Comes with everything needed for campsites with full hook ups.  If you are going off grid the trailer comes with a 50 gallon fresh water tank.  Will include two chairs.  Also includes toilet paper. 

We ask that you treat our trailer with respect.  Our girls love going on trips with it.  We ask that it’s not taken to any festivals or no tailgating.  We would like the trailer returned how it was given to you, since we will still be using it.  Pets are welcome, no smoking.

My family and I have camped in Paso Robles, buelton, state beaches, mammoth and even at our daughters camp night for school.

Our 2022 Sunseeker is stocked and ready in the LBC  with many items to make your outdoor vacation enjoyable and worry free! All you need to bring is food, clothes and yourself! 

This Class C RV sleeps 5 comfortably with fresh linens for a queen sized bed, a dining table that converts to a bed, and an overhead bunk (roughly queen sized) above the driving cab.

Solar panels keep the battery charging all day long. Propane is included for cooking and heating.

A 40 inch flat screen tv complete with a DVD player and lightning cable adapter so you can play movies from an iPhone or iPad.

The kitchen has a stove top, extra counter space, microwave and sink and is stocked with cooking and dining utensils.

The bathroom has a stand up shower with fresh towels, soaps, a toilet, and sink.

Many games for indoor and outdoor activities.

We're happy to accommodate parking if you want to leave one or two cars parked at our location.

No smoking. Smoking of any kind will incur extra cleaning fees.

The RV is due back by 12 pm on the return date. Select the "Late Check Out" add-on to return the RV between 12 pm - 6 pm. Returns after 6 pm are charged an extra night.

No Burning Man.  We happily accept festival bookings, however Burning Man is not fully covered under insurance.
