Boreas XT Series Trailer – Manufactured and designed by Boreas Campers in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an off-grid expedition, off-road-style camper trailer. 

This 2023 Boreas XT is completely ready to get you where you want to be with the top-of-the-line Cruisemaster suspension, off-road tires, and up to 20 inches of ground clearance With  30 gallons of on-board water and the capacity for two 5-gallon jerry cans of extra water,  a 100 watts of built-in solar power will keep your two lithium battery charged and sleeping for four with the roof-top FSR tent, this camper is ready for most adventures. The camper also comes with the ARB 4-wall room enclosure that attaches to the ARB awning to allow more sleeping options/sheltered space. On the passenger side, you will find a 23Zero shower enclosure with a hot water-on-demand shower. 

The rear galley kitchen comes fully equipped with a sink, a (recent upgrade) two burner 20,000 BTU stove, and a 60-liter Truma 12v fridge/freezer.  Bring all your gear and accessories with ample storage in the cabin, luggage rack, and kitchen cabinets. With a dry weight of 2250 pounds and electric brakes, it is easily towed by most vehicles. 

We will provide bedding and linen, cooking utensils and cutlery, basic cleaning supplies, two, 11-pound propane tanks, a full water tank, and a 30-minute walkthrough at the time of pick-up.

Pets
We believe camping is made infinitely better with dogs or cats and we would love to host your well-behaved furry friends, but you cannot have them in the trailer to prevent damage and for other guests who have pet allergies. 

Offroad Access Rules
Although our trailer is capable of going off-road, we would appreciate you being mindful of the road conditions and staying on already-broken, plowed, paved, or grated roads. Some 4x4 roads may be easier than others and we do not want the trailer to be damaged due to unforeseen road conditions or recklessness. Prior approval is required for traveling on any 4x4 roads or off-road towing.

No Smoking/Drugs Policy
No smoking or drug use is allowed inside of our trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages.

Tickets, Tolls, and Tows Policy: The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds.

The rental Boreas XT will come with bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows), cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, ground sheets, 4-wall awning room enclosure, a pop-up shower tent, and an operating manual.

The two lithium ion batteries (recently upgraded to two) of the Boreas will be fully charged when you come to pick it up and two 11-pound propane tanks and a 30-gallon water tank filled up. A 5-gallon fuel can or warter jugs are add-ons, and can be filled per your request at an additional charge. The trailer is equipped with an air conditioner and heat. However, to use the air conditioner non stop, you will need to connect to shore power or a 2000w generator that you supply.

A shore power cable will be provided for you to charge your trailer as well; which will come in handy if you're parking in an RV park, or a camping sight that has plug-in electricity. A 100-watt portable solar panel will be optional if you plan on parking the trailer in shady areas. The hitch for towing will be provided and installed on your vehicle. All you need is a blank receiver, a 7-pin trailer connection, and a brake controller. If you have a ball hitch, you can leave it at home.

All rentals are hosted on the Outdoorsy platform.
All campers are for rent at $155/night.
Discounts are available for 5-6 nights at 10%, 7 -9 nights at 15%, and 10 nights or more at 20%.
All bookings require a minimum of 2 nights.
There will be a $700 refundable security deposit.
Outdoorsy provides 24/7 unlimited roadside assistance.
There will be an insurance coverage fee, Outdoorsy fee, and CO taxes in addition to nightly rates.

Towing Vehicle Requirements
The vehicle needs to have proper towing capacity, a 7-pin connector, a brake controller, and a 2-inch blank receiver.

Renter's Qualifications
The renter must have a valid driver's license, proof of liability insurance, and a major credit card.
The renter must be at least 25 years of age. 

Pick-up and Return
Pick-up and return times are flexible with prior arrangement, 3pm default if no preference.
Pick-up and 5pm return must be at the pick-up location in Colorado.
A 30-min walk-through instruction will be provided at time of pick-up.

Renting this 2023 Boreas XT camper is a great way to test the camper if your leaning to a purchase and to see if being off the grid works for you.

Other notable items:
If you’re taking the camper out in the winter with overnight freezing temps, you will need to supply your own water, as the water system will not be available.

Get ready for your adventure with this go-anywhere, do-anything teardrop camper. Caroline is loaded with a bunch of Sweet features. Inside the camper you'll find a plush memory foam mattress, ready for your dreams. There's ample storage as well. A door on either side allows easy access as well as easy loading through the ramp. A magnetic screen along the ramp allows you to open it all up to feel the mountain breeze without the worry of bugs. 

A massive awning spreads out over 2/3 of the camper allowing plenty of space to relax. 

On top of the camper is a 2 person tent (if selected as add-on), bringing the sleeping capacity up to 4.  

A pull out kitchen with stove and fridge/cooler (depending on hookups) allows you to prepare meals. We provide all disposable plates/bowls/silverware/cups.

We do NOT provide linens, pillows or sleeping bags.

Upgrade from traditional tent camping! Set up is quick and easy so you can spend more time enjoying the outdoors. It's lightweight and it can be towed by most smaller SUVs. This small pop-up is perfect for a couple or small family. The built in furnace also provides ample heat throughout the night even if there are no electric hookups at your campsite. Camper is equipped with a movable 2 burner stove for indoor or outdoor cooking.

The pop-up specs say it sleeps 6 people. The 2nd bed is not quite the size of a full so its ideal for smaller people or kids. The dinette convertible bed is about the same width as the smaller bed but significally shorter. 
Allow at least 30 minutes to go over set-up and take down of the pop-up before you can head to your adventure.

The perfect little glamper.  How cute is this!?!?!?  Perfect for a weekend trip in the Rockies, or Moab. Most comfy for a couple or 2 folks but a family of 4 would do nicely in this camper too. The dining booth folds into a second bed.  Even someone 6ft tall would be comfy there.   Even though she is small,  she has lots and lots of storage.  

Not only is she super pretty, she is also light on her feet, she's easy to pull behind the truck, get in and out of gas stations and can still hang on gravel roads to remote spots.  She has great big off road tires which is a real plus.   Make sure your SUV or truck can pull 3090lbs loaded is 4200, has a 7 pin adaptor, we will lend you our brake controller, the tow ball is 2 5/16 inches.

Awning with led under lights. 2 roof top AC units to keep cool on hot summer days. 6 gallon water heater 40 gallons fresh water 40 gallon black and grey water tanks Full length screen door on rear. 2- 7.5 lb propane tanks. Refrigerator runs on propane or AC power. Legs for loading  ramp to make into a deck.

This trailer is based on a snowmobile trailer with the man door on the road side notable when parking at campgrounds. Works well for groups of campers if you have room can go end to end or in a square of campers. 
Goose neck trailer will require goose neck ball in bed and 3/4 ton truck. 

My family, friends and I used this camper to haul our 4 wheelers and snowmobiles and also camp out at the trail head or lots. Rabbit ears in the winter or lakes in Wyoming in the summer. Taylor park is always a good destination.
