Kids love the bunk setup, and enjoy a meal or card games with the space of the well designed U-Dinette. Easily sleeps 7 adults comfortably and have no problem up to 10 people with small children. 

This camper boasts a complete kitchen including large fridge with freezer, three burner stove top, small oven, deep sink, and microwave. A flat screen TV and DVD player are included! Indoor shower is comfortable, even for tall adults. Also enjoy the outside kitchenette with outdoor speakers and lighted awning.

Our little family loves this camper. We understand how vacations with family and friends can be stressful. We want to help make your experience easy and stress free. All cookware, paper plates and eating utensils, flatware, towels, linens, cleaning supplies, camping chairs and huge cozy blankets are included. Portable Generator is available and is capable running all appliances. 
All sewer dumping, water filling, and full propane tank(s) are included in the cleaning/prep fee, so you won’t have to deal with the sewage aspect or filling any of the tanks. 45 Gallon capacity on fresh water tank.

This 2022 Heartland Trail Runner delivers the perfect mix of comfort, space, and adventure-ready amenities for families and groups of friends. Cheyenne's wilderness camper is the perfect size for the whole family. This camper will sleep 6 people comfortably 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children and has all the amenities you need for a great trip including an outdoor kitchen prep area. There is plenty of room inside . We will deliver this camper and set it up for you at your location so you don't have to worry about pulling it through mountain passes. We do not allow this camper to be towed, we will deliver and setup for a small fee and your campsite must be big enough for this camper. Pull through site with 50amp hookups minimal. 

Included with camper is basic cooking pots and pans, fresh towels and linens, cups, plate utensils, 2 camp chairs. We only provide linens and towels for the amount of people sleeping in the booking.

This is a delivery and setup only rental. everyone that chooses our rental really appreciates the delivery and setup option that we have set. Any fees incurred delivering to state or national parks are added to the booking at the end of the trip. Any photos in listing of decor or bedding and linens may vary slightly between bookings. We can supply a cot for the bunk/ storage area if needed. You must let us know the sleeping arrangements so we can provide proper bedding.

There are all kinds of things to see and do in Colorado. Just remember this is a large camper that needs to have a pull though site with hookups. We have rivers, waterfalls, fishing, canoeing, hiking, biking…you get the idea! I can help you craft your trip however you’d like!

Camp in the beautiful San Luis Valley with lots of options around us.  It has trailer brakes so a brake controller is Required to pull this. A 7 pin connector and 2 5/16" ball are required also (hitch can be included if you do not have one).

Stove and oven inside with outdoor grill included for all your cooking needs. Kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, utensils, coffee maker, etc. Few basic spices also included. 

Bathroom with toilet and shower. RV toilet paper included and required for use.

Awning for shade (powered, less fuss!). Please retract awning when not using camper or when windy.

If you are hooked up at a campground, microwave and air conditioner are available as well.

Battery will power lights, inverter, refrigerator and heater for off grid adventures.

Two propane tanks will run heater, stove/oven, and hot water heater. Tanks come full with rental.



• Bedding: Fresh sheets, pillow cases, pillows, comforter, extra blankets.
Kitchen: Pots/pans, Single Serve Keurig coffee, utensils, dish soap, dinnerware for 4, some seasonings, rags and hand towels.

Pickup and drop off times are flexible, but we do work full time jobs as well so we will do our best.  Pets considered upon request (no pets to be left unattended in RV). NO climbing on roof. Must dump tanks before returning unless dump fee is paid. Only RV safe toilet paper to be used.  RV must be returned clean, please clean up after yourself including trash, removing linens from mattresses and a general wipe down. This is our personal camper, so please treat it as if it were your own.

Campgrounds in South Fork and up the Cumbres pass are always beautiful options.  You also have access to the Sand Dunes close by as well.

Our Good Karma Camper has a sofa with fold down console and 2 cup holders, can be made into futon or Murphey Queen size bed. Full length mirrored closets on each side with hanging rods and shelves (hangers provided). Bathroom has sink, mirror shelf cabinet, toilet, shower/ tub combo with upgraded shower head. Large armoire closet for hanging clothes and jackets. 6 gallon LP water heater. Refrigerator with separate freezer. Two burner LP stove,  kitchen sink with large gooseneck faucet . double bench table set for 4, converts into a sleeping area for 2 small children. Air conditioning and heater, smoke detector, CO2 and gas detector, fire extinguisher. Plenty of storage for extended trip stays. 46 gal fresh water capacity. This is a delivery only camper. We will deliver and setup for a minimum fee and additional milage fees over certain distances to be set up in the listing. We will charge an additional $2 per mile traveled on gravel roads during delivery and pickup if you are not staying at an established campground. If there are questions about this please ask so we can help to have a great vacation.

At no additional fee, 2 lawn chairs, basic cooking and eating utensils, limited cook ware, 1 complete set of fresh linens and 4 bed pillows, 4 bath towels, 2 beach towels, 1 Throw and 2 toss pillows, fan. Bath /Kitchen and basic daily use items & necessities will be provided with limited quantities, entry mats, Basic first aid kit. Blow dryer and make up mirror. Dog lead for outside and leash. Some items or quantities may be changed due to use, damage or loss.


This is a delivery and setup only camper. 

We are located in the San Luis valley close to the Great Sand dunes national park. There are many hot springs located as close as 15 minutes away. Some of the towns that are nearby are Salida, Buena Vista, Alamosa, Saguache, Monte Vista. there are lots of activities from hiking, mountain biking, ATV riding, river rafting, paddle boarding, kayaking, there are national and state wildlife refuges nearby for bird watching, star gazing. We can deliver the camper to your campsite or you can camp on our property overlooking the Sangre De Cristo mountain range. Any additional questions please ask.
