This small pop-up is perfect for a couple or small family. The built in furnace also provides ample heat throughout the night even if there are no electric hookups at your campsite. Camper is equipped with a movable 2 burner stove for indoor or outdoor cooking.

The pop-up specs say it sleeps 6 people. The 2nd bed is not quite the size of a full so its ideal for smaller people or kids. The dinette convertible bed is about the same width as the smaller bed but significally shorter. 
Allow at least 30 minutes to go over set-up and take down of the pop-up before you can head to your adventure.

Take your toys with you to the mountains or the lake. Our 2019 Forest River Salem FSX 260RT is the perfect little home away from home. Once you get to your destination, unload your toys and lower the ramp door into your very own party deck to enjoy the outdoors. It will fit a couple of motorcycles, a Side by side up to 64" wide and 75" tall, a kayak, or just a couple of mountain bikes.

The camper is fully furnished and ready for you to pick it up and go! We wanted to make going camping as easy as possible so we bought all the things we thought would make the whole experience better. From towing with the backup camera and weight distribution hitch, to setting up camp with a leveling app and fancy chocks and blocks. We have included all the kitchenware you need to make your meals and bedding for the RV queen bed upfront. There is a brand new mattress and mattress pad which is super comfortable. The air conditioner blows cold and there's both a propane and electric heater. The fridge runs on both electricity and propane. There's no oven but the range and microwave are easily capable of cooking your food.

This toy hauler is light and towable by any quarter-ton truck (5000lbs dry weight). We have a weight-distribution hitch that you're welcome to use. (recommended)

Don't have toys of your own? We have a couple of IRocker paddleboards we are renting out.

Lake camping has been our favorite so far. We have loaded up and taken the motorcycle for longer trips. If you want to get away from everything, hook up to a generator and stay off the grid (3500w 30 AMP generator needed for AC).  Mount Rushmore is 6 hours away and has great camping. Lake McConaughey is 2.5 hours away and is always a good time.

This 2022 spacious four-season Bunkhouse Travel Trailer provides the perfect accommodation to create lasting camping memories. The kitchen area has a large sink, microwave, gas range, and fridge/freezer with plentiful storage. The booth dinette can be transformed from an eating area during the day into a sleeping area at night, or used for extra entertainment seating. This unit features two theatre chairs that provide both heat and massage, while watching the Roku TV that has DVD and  indoor/outdoor Bluetooth capable audio.

The master bedroom is spacious with a full-sized queen bed with over-the-bed lights, cubby storage on either side of the bed for water bottles, books, cell phone, etc., plus generous storage cabinets and drawers, including hidden storage at the foot of the bed. 

The pass through bathroom is adjacent creating a master suite feel. The bathroom is larger than in most trailers, with a large shower, vanity and toilet area, with plenty of room for dressing. 

The bunk room at the rear of the trailer has two 54" x 74" comfy bunks with a wardrobe cabinet and four drawers with plenty of personal storage. An actual door (not just curtains) provides extra privacy from the main living area.

Outside a large 21' camp side awning provides shade over both entry doors. We include an 8' x 16' outdoor rug to set up your gathering space. A small outdoor kitchen with a gas cooktop and mini fridge, add to the amenities this unit offers.

Overall length is 34' with a dry weight of 7,087 lbs.

Let us help you enjoy your next outing to the fullest. Jacks and stabilizers will make setting up a breeze. If your adventure takes you off the beaten path, we also offer (as an add-on) a remote-start generator. Start and stop the generator without leaving the rig. RULES, FEES, OPTIONAL ADD-ONs:

Deep cleaning and preparation fee: $75 (this is in addition to the nightly fee). Includes deep cleaning and preparation for your trip.

Return the camper tidy, wiped down, swept out, black and grey tanks empty, we will take care of the deep cleaning, stocking, and refilling of propane tanks. We will do a complete cleaning and disinfection of the camper to ensure the next vacationer has a pristine, sanitized, clean camper to rent just like you did! As mentioned, this does not include dumping the holding tanks, that responsibility is on you.

* Please return the RV in the same manner you received it, and there are no additional cleaning fees. The expectation is, if you spill it, clean it. If you track it in, sweep it out. Otherwise, we'll charge an additional $50 (min) out of your deposit for us to clean up after you. :-)

Dogs are welcome at no extra upfront charge. We are dog owners and love bringing them with us on our camping adventures. You know your pets the best. Please DO NOT bring your pet if they are a chewer or are not house trained. We recommend bringing a kennel:-). Renter is responsible for any repairs or replacement fees due to damage from pets. 

OPTIONAL ADD-ONs:

--- Dumping Grey/Black Tanks: $75
Our time, effort, cost, and "gross factor" to tow trailer to dump station and empty tanks. This fee will be charged after the completion of your trip and taken out of your security deposit.

--- Remote-Start Generator: $40 per day
Full tank of gas included (1.8 gallon tank). If you're heading to the back country or to an area where no power hook ups are available we offer a generator for rent to take on your journey, so you can have the luxury of having on demand electricity anywhere you go. Key Fob lets you start the generator remotely from 80' away.

Great for park or lake camping in designated spots with electric, or full hook ups (30/50 Amp service). Great for boondocking or anywhere off the grid as the optional generator makes life easy and offers you all the comforts of having an electric hook up.

Our 2022 KZ Connect SE Trailer is in perfect condition and ready to host your family for your next adventure! This spacious trailer features a private front bedroom with a queen bed, 2 40"x70" bunks in the rear of the trailer, and slide out dinette that also converts to a bed. A large walk through bathroom that includes large storage areas. The modern design of the interior is comfortable and clean. There are indoor/outdoor bluetooth speakers and a TV for entertainment. A DVD player is included and a variety of family movies. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need including a coffee maker, small electric griddle, cookware, cups, silverware, kitchen utensils, cutting board, and cleaning supplies. A/C unit for the warm days and heater for those chilly nights. Electric large awning with lights to assist when spending time outside. 4500 watt generator is not on RV but is available upon request with fee. Please treat this camper as your own! 

Linens not provided as most prefer to bring their own. If you would like linen we can provided just let us know. Cleaning and dumping required before returning or you will be charged an additional $75.

Our Toy Hauler is the ultimate family get away rig. Whether it’s for a day at the track or dunes to a month long excursion there is plenty of room for the family, and toys. 

The Toy hauler has a master suite in the front with a queen size bed and A/C unit. The bathroom is big enough to be able to shower, move around and get ready for the day unlike other units where your bumping into walls and ducking to shower. 

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave/convection oven and enough counter space to prep meals. It also has twin bunk beds, TV couch, seating area and queen beds in the garage. 

The garage has uninterrupted 8x9ft space then an additional 6.25x5ft space in what would be the dining area. 

The toy hauler also has a massive 18ft power awning, 7ft spring assist garage door, 4500watt generator, outdoor shower, and one of the best features…..a 30 gallon fuel station to keep the toys full while on your adventures.
