Upgrade from traditional tent camping! Set up is quick and easy so you can spend more time enjoying the outdoors. It's lightweight and it can be towed by most smaller SUVs. This small pop-up is perfect for a couple or small family. The built in furnace also provides ample heat throughout the night even if there are no electric hookups at your campsite. Camper is equipped with a movable 2 burner stove for indoor or outdoor cooking.

The pop-up specs say it sleeps 6 people. The 2nd bed is not quite the size of a full so its ideal for smaller people or kids. The dinette convertible bed is about the same width as the smaller bed but significally shorter. 
Allow at least 30 minutes to go over set-up and take down of the pop-up before you can head to your adventure.

The truck is equipped with 4wheel drive and capable of exploring Colorado Forest Service roads, but please be careful with narrow roads that risk scratching the truck or camper.

The truck and camper measure 22' long so it's easy to dive, park anywhere and get around towns.  We love exploring Colorado and staying at Forest Service camp grounds.  At 22 feet long, you can easily overnight at any RV or tent-designated campsite and do not need an RV-specific site. You We can recommend trips, strategies for getting camp spots and areas that we love.

With four wheel dive you can plan a winter ski trip for the day or multiple days in the mountains.

Boreas XT Series Trailer – Manufactured and designed by Boreas Campers in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an off-grid expedition, off-road-style camper trailer. 

This 2023 Boreas XT is completely ready to get you where you want to be with the top-of-the-line Cruisemaster suspension, off-road tires, and up to 20 inches of ground clearance With  30 gallons of on-board water and the capacity for two 5-gallon jerry cans of extra water,  a 100 watts of built-in solar power will keep your two lithium battery charged and sleeping for four with the roof-top FSR tent, this camper is ready for most adventures. The camper also comes with the ARB 4-wall room enclosure that attaches to the ARB awning to allow more sleeping options/sheltered space. On the passenger side, you will find a 23Zero shower enclosure with a hot water-on-demand shower. 

The rear galley kitchen comes fully equipped with a sink, a (recent upgrade) two burner 20,000 BTU stove, and a 60-liter Truma 12v fridge/freezer.  Bring all your gear and accessories with ample storage in the cabin, luggage rack, and kitchen cabinets. With a dry weight of 2250 pounds and electric brakes, it is easily towed by most vehicles. 

We will provide bedding and linen, cooking utensils and cutlery, basic cleaning supplies, two, 11-pound propane tanks, a full water tank, and a 30-minute walkthrough at the time of pick-up.

Pets
We believe camping is made infinitely better with dogs or cats and we would love to host your well-behaved furry friends, but you cannot have them in the trailer to prevent damage and for other guests who have pet allergies. 

Offroad Access Rules
Although our trailer is capable of going off-road, we would appreciate you being mindful of the road conditions and staying on already-broken, plowed, paved, or grated roads. Some 4x4 roads may be easier than others and we do not want the trailer to be damaged due to unforeseen road conditions or recklessness. Prior approval is required for traveling on any 4x4 roads or off-road towing.

No Smoking/Drugs Policy
No smoking or drug use is allowed inside of our trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages.

Tickets, Tolls, and Tows Policy: The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds.

The rental Boreas XT will come with bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows), cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, ground sheets, 4-wall awning room enclosure, a pop-up shower tent, and an operating manual.

The two lithium ion batteries (recently upgraded to two) of the Boreas will be fully charged when you come to pick it up and two 11-pound propane tanks and a 30-gallon water tank filled up. A 5-gallon fuel can or warter jugs are add-ons, and can be filled per your request at an additional charge. The trailer is equipped with an air conditioner and heat. However, to use the air conditioner non stop, you will need to connect to shore power or a 2000w generator that you supply.

A shore power cable will be provided for you to charge your trailer as well; which will come in handy if you're parking in an RV park, or a camping sight that has plug-in electricity. A 100-watt portable solar panel will be optional if you plan on parking the trailer in shady areas. The hitch for towing will be provided and installed on your vehicle. All you need is a blank receiver, a 7-pin trailer connection, and a brake controller. If you have a ball hitch, you can leave it at home.

All rentals are hosted on the Outdoorsy platform.
All campers are for rent at $155/night.
Discounts are available for 5-6 nights at 10%, 7 -9 nights at 15%, and 10 nights or more at 20%.
All bookings require a minimum of 2 nights.
There will be a $700 refundable security deposit.
Outdoorsy provides 24/7 unlimited roadside assistance.
There will be an insurance coverage fee, Outdoorsy fee, and CO taxes in addition to nightly rates.

Towing Vehicle Requirements
The vehicle needs to have proper towing capacity, a 7-pin connector, a brake controller, and a 2-inch blank receiver.

Renter's Qualifications
The renter must have a valid driver's license, proof of liability insurance, and a major credit card.
The renter must be at least 25 years of age. 

Pick-up and Return
Pick-up and return times are flexible with prior arrangement, 3pm default if no preference.
Pick-up and 5pm return must be at the pick-up location in Colorado.
A 30-min walk-through instruction will be provided at time of pick-up.

Renting this 2023 Boreas XT camper is a great way to test the camper if your leaning to a purchase and to see if being off the grid works for you.

Other notable items:
If you’re taking the camper out in the winter with overnight freezing temps, you will need to supply your own water, as the water system will not be available.

Very cool small trailer, lots of room inside, outside kitchen space! Camp and travel in style, safe from the weather should it get too cold or hot.  Sun shade door over kitchen area keeps you out of the sun.

     Off road style, is good for dirt roads, but please, no off roading! For example, Jeep trails, narrow tree lined trails. If a sedan can drive it safely, the you will be fine.

Dog friendly. No smoking or vaping of any kind please.

Cook top and furnace use propane. Lights, stereo and water pump use 12 volt. Air conditioning, microwave and fridge need 120 Volts to operate, so plugged into campground power or portable generator to operate. Generator not included.

Strict 4 night minimum please. 

You can rent for shorter time, but minimum 4 night charge. 

Hitch height is 19” to 22”. 

Trailer has 7 way trailer connector but can be used with 4 way flat.

I do like renting out my trailer but it is not a full time gig. We can talk about pickup times and drop off times before getting your rental approved of course. (It can’t interfere with my full time job)

Inside the camper you'll find a plush memory foam mattress, ready for your dreams. There's ample storage as well. A door on either side allows easy access as well as easy loading through the ramp. A magnetic screen along the ramp allows you to open it all up to feel the mountain breeze without the worry of bugs. 

A massive awning spreads out over 2/3 of the camper allowing plenty of space to relax.

Rocky is a new 2023 Ram Promaster camper van, professionally converted by DM Vans. He's fully equipped for incredible year-round adventures, with a toasty warm cabin heater, induction stove, queen size bed, sink, ceiling fans, and tons of storage space for gear and/or dogs.

The queen sized bed is an RV short, sleeping sideways across the van. The Roam Rest mattress is super comfortable. You'll love being able to camp overnight at your destination to start the day with adventure instead of traffic; or just grabbing a nap before going to the next activity. Taking your 4-legged best friend makes it easy to stay late.

This rig has a huge fridge and cabinets so you can bring all the food you need. The solar system keeps the 300Ah house batteries charged, and if you're lucky enough to have a powder day, the DC-DC charger will charge the house batteries just by driving. The 2000W inverter will keep all your electronics running. There's also the option to plug in to shore power if that's available. 

The kitchen is stocked with all the basics you need to cook. The induction cooktop boils water in 70 seconds so no need to slave over a home-cooked meal. The water system is simple and fully contained inside the van, so no worries about freezing water lines.

The garage area under the bed is huge and has anchors to secure all your gear and extras. You can even strap in the dog's crate for safe travels.

Rocky drives like a dream, with all the safety features and options you expect in a 2023 model  year vehicle. He comes with new Michelin Agilis Cross-Climate M+S tires and meets Colorado's traction laws. He also has heavy duty suspension and electronic roll control that makes the van drive really nicely.

Cookware, utensils, dishes, and cleaning supplies are included. Geyser shower system is included for hot shower or water anytime. Fresh linens can be included upon request. Extra fresh water jugs available upon request. Starlink available upon request.

Dogs welcome! Leave No Trace rules apply: If I can't tell there's been a dog in the van, no extra cleaning fee. Sorry, cats aren't allowed in the van.

Take Rocky skiing this winter, explore hot springs, road trip for the holidays, or just go camping. Rocky is allowed to tailgate at sporting events.

Rocky is also awesome for hosting extra houseguests in your own driveway. Since Rocky isn't an RV, HOAs won't have any issues with him parked in front of your house or in the driveway.
