Enjoy family adventures in our brand new bunkhouse! We offer all the amenities including linens, cookware, utensils and a K-cup coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar to make your mornings a little more convenient. There is even a folding grille table with a gas grille and 6 camping chairs to complete your campsite setup. 

You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids.

For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you there is a strict NO Smoking and NO Pets policy.

We iclude all you will need except food and clothes. Enjoy complimentary morning coffee; fresh linens; a completely outfitted kitchen including plates and cups; napkins; paper towels and emergency flashlights in case of a power failure. There is even a fireplace to take the chill out of a rainy evening.

No smoking or pets as future renters may be offended by stale smoke or may be allergic to pet dander.

There is a $75.00 charge if the renter does not empty the black and grey tanks prior to returning the unit. This fee is not charged on bookings that include delivery.

Hey there our family has thoroughly enjoyed our Thor outlaw. We mostly as a family utilize it for dirt bike racing but with a couple accidents we are out for the season. Our loss is your gain. Feel free to make this rig your own for your rental. Self leveling feature is amazing and a must have for me. Makes it so easy to pull into a spot and simply hit a button. 
Has a queen size bed with closet and tv. Above that is a full size bed with extra storage. 
The table converts into an additional bed and above the seats is also a bed that drops down. 
The rear of the RV also has two couches that can be utilized to sleep on.
There is a kitchen sink , induction stove top, microwave and stove in combo. 
Is equipped with small tabletop Blackstone , folding mat, folding table and some chairs. 
Will have sheets, blankets and pillows, towels however you're always more than welcome to grab your own. 
We just ask you treat it as your own! Please don't leave food and garbage behind..

2022 Heartland RVs Pioneer

Hello everyone!  Eileen and Jim here..  We grew up as kids camping with our families and now that we've gotten older have decided to get ourselves a camper to spend time explore the country.  This is 2021 Forrest River Grey Wolf Cherokee toy hauler.  It comes equipped with a queen sized bed in the bedroom, large refrigerator, farm sink, microwave, stove/oven, air conditioning, heat, full bathroom with stand up shower, rear deck, power retractable awning, 2 tv's, Bluetooth sound system and more!  We hate seeing it sitting not getting used all the time so we wanted to allow other people to enjoy it when we can't.  We have worked hard to try and outfit this trailer with everything you would need to have a great time camping.  Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have.  

Our camper comes with fresh linens and towels, 4 camp chairs, a gas grill, 2 tables for the campsite, pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware, utensils, cords and hoses.  Available for additional fees: Generator and Kayaks.  Unfortunately I am unable to deliver at this time.

Went cross country fall of ‘22 and rv had no problems climbing through the rocky mtns or the desert heat.  On board generator, hot water heater, central ac & heat.  2 wifi smart TV’s.  Sleeps 7 comfortably.  4 separate beds including queen in back.  Full kitchen with cooktop/oven, fridge, and microwave.  Full pass through storage bay in rear that will hold everything you need. 2002 Four Winds Chateau

This is a "Sweet" unit.  Don't let the age fool you.  The Newmar, Mountain Aire is considered the "Rolls Royce" of the Class A Motorhomes with Slide Outs. This unit has been kept in tip top shape and has all the new add ons like Wifi, 2 Flat Screen TV's, and power hookups. Washer, and a new in dash Garmin GPS system has been installed. All new Tires have just been installed and the unit has continuous extensive check up with our local RV Dealership. As required by Outdoorsy.  It is all ready to go, all you have to do is bring your food and beverages and your good to go on your trip in your luxury RV. (please bring your own Queen Sheets and Pillows & cases to fit two Queen Beds. Also bring your own towels and wash cloths
Our RV also has an EZ Pass Transponder installed. This makes your trip all the more better since you do not have to stop to pay tolls. When you come to a Toll Booth you approach in the EZ Pass lane and breeze right through.  As long as these tols aren't excessive (under $50) its incluced in your rental

 All our  linens are throughly washed and sanitized when our unit is used. This includes  bed spread, mattress cover,  dish towels, EVERYTHING in the unit is professionally cleaned and sanitised after each use.   We have a variety of items on board that are available to you that you will not have to bring. For example we  have folding camping chairs. and a small table for you to use when you reach your destination, Camp Stove, and so much more. A complete list of items on board will be given to you prior to your rental.

We need to know if you have driven a Class A motor home before or if you are fimiliar with driving a large vehicle like this?  It's a beast, like all Class A motor homes are, so you should have some experience driving large vehicles.   Knowing this, we trust you will take on this responsibility and drive safe.  We will need at least a hour with you prior to you driving off as there are a lot of items you need to know about operating the unit so you have a totally wonderful experience.  There is a check list of all the items on board which we can provide you ahead of time so you can plan accordingly.  PETS!  yes, we have marked our coach as "pet friendly"  You WILL be charged an addtional $500 cleaning fee should there be any STAINS, SMELLS, PET HAIR , or PET DAMAGE, found anywhere in the coach upon your return. This is strictly inforced so please be aware. 

Bring your own bed sheets, pillows, pillow covers, (enough for two Queen beds) towels, face cloths, shower soap, Kitchen basics like dish soap, aluminum foil, zip lock bags, oil, condiments, S&P etc.

2002 Newmar Mountain Aire

The Big Family Bunkhouse is perfect for bringing the whole family camping with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably after long days in the great outdoors. With a private queen bed in the Master Bedroom with a door in the rear of the Motorhome. We have 2 twin bunks right next to the bedroom to keep the little ones close. As we keep moving forward we have a dinette that folds down into a queen bed and a jackknife sofa that folds into a full bed. Above the drivers compartment is an extra long queen bed that is ideal for older kids or taller adults! With a private shower and toilet no need to use the campground facilities. The kitchen has a large sink with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. The coach is equipped with Central Air Conditioning, and Heat vents in all sections to stay comfortable regardless of the weather. There is a 32" tv with DVD combo in the front of the coach. There is a radio with Bluetooth compatibility in the Master bedroom that can be played inside the coach or on the exterior speakers or both! The coach has an on board generator that can power everything on board in the event of no electrical hookups or a power outage at the campground. It uses the same fuel as the engine so no need to worry about running out or messing with any fuel. If the motorhome has fuel then the generator does as well. It is started from inside the coach. At 32 feet long it is big enough to fit everyone but not too big to be scary to drive. It drives like a large van. 

The coach will come with freshly laundered sheets/pillows/blankets for each bed. Along with a few spares for good measure. Towels will also be provided as well as pots and pans and silverware and cooking utensils. 

Absolutely no smoking of anything allowed in this RV.
