The facility has been here on Cedar Neck Road since 1986. Ocean RV Center was incorporated in 2003 after Kevin retired from Kevin's Trailer Sales. We are a small company consisting of well-qualified, supportive, & personable staff members. Our company goal is to enable our customer family to enjoy RV camping by putting them in the RV best suited for their needs & providing the knowledge that will empower them to have a great camping experience. Based on that premise, we have no high-pressure salespeople and know our customers by name not by number. A key to our success (besides great customers) is our sales people. The sales people also do the service work so they are extremely knowledgeable about our products. They know what can be done and what should not be done to your RV so they are not sales people who promise what the service department cannot do. We deliver our new RVs with a 135-point Pre Delivery Inspection, which usually takes 2 days for one of our certified technicians to finish. We deliver & set up sewer, water, LP, electric, block & level your trailer on your site in one of our local campgrounds as part of the sale. Whether you are a seasonal camper or one who tows we give a full demonstration on how your new RV works. We have new RVs for sale & used RVs for sale; predominately tow behinds & Park Models. Our new units are from Jayco & Woodland Park manufacturers. Jayco is one of the few Manufacturers with a 2-year warranty. Woodland Park will allow customizations to their floor plans to meet your requirements. Our used are trade-ins. We have a small parts store, but a little goes a long way. If we do not have what you need we can probably order what you need. We offer an on-line store so our customers can get parts shipped to them while on the road and our on-site store, while small, is able to stock the most needed items. If we do not have an item, we will be happy to do the research to find it. Our service department preforms service in our four bay shop as well as onsite in the local campgrounds. They have a combined total of 54 years of experience between the three of them. They do service work from winterizing, to roof & interior repair, bodywork, hitches, tow vehicle set up, and everything in between.
