Sleeping 
This bunkhouse design is great for a group of up to 5 people.
The master bed is queen sized with a tempurpedic mattress topper for added comfort.  It even folds up and has a loveseat under it for entertaining.
In the back of the camper are the bunks which have ample space and can even fit two adults(in a pinch), they come equipt with dual usb ports, a privacy curtain and even fans for added air flow
Lastly with a few modifications, the dinette will easily convert to a bed. 
All pillows and linens are provided(even the dinette bed)

Kitchen
This camper takes advantage of all the space, with amenities such as a fridge with separate freezer, microwave with convection capabilities, a sink with pulldown faucet, propane cooktop and even a built in vacuum with included attachments. 
All paper towels, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, and a pot are provided.

Bathroom
You’ll forget that you’re roughing it with this full-sized bathroom.  Stand up shower, toilet with foot flush and separate bathroom sink allow flexibility.

Outside Amenities
This camper comes equipt with 15’ Lighted Awning for a perfect transition from day to night.  Your rental includes four camping chairs, a small table, and a outdoor rug for your entertaining ease.
Available as Add-on: Griddle and 6 ft tables for all your grilling and outside entertaining needs. 

Delivery
If you require delivery and setup, the delivery charge covers all that.  Not only will we be dropping the camper in the spot that you'll be staying, but will make sure that its level, that the water and electricity is hooked up, make sure that the fridge is cold so that any groceries can be instantly transferred, and if you have any special occasion that is being celebrated, let us know, we'll decorate accordingly.

Cleaning and Prep
We have a standard 5 step approach to getting the camper ready for your stay.  
1.  All linens and towels are sanitized including the comforters (Even most hotels can't say that)
2. All interior, kitchen, bathroom, dining areas are sanitized and wiped down.
3.  Air ionizer is run prior to all stays in our camper
4.  We make sure that you have ample TP, Paper towels, and trash bags for your stay
5. The exterior is given a quick wash right before we head out on delivery.

ADD-ONS
In our commitment to providing an exceptional stay in the camper, there are several options that we can provide.  
1. Generator - If you are staying at a site without electricity, this is a great option.  The generator has enough power for the entire camper, is relatively quiet and operates on Propane or gasoline. 1 full tank of Propane included with all generator rentals.
2. Golf Cart - If you want to add to the enjoyment, choose the Golf Cart and Golf Cart Delivery with your booking.  Our cart comes with quilted seats, lifted all terrain tires, a lighted soundbar, and under carriage lights to cart you around in style.
(Ginnie Springs welcomes golf cart deliveries, please let us know in advance any other location you’ll be staying at so we can verify their rules and regulations)
3. Griddle – Enjoy cooking outdoors? Choose this option. The Griddle hooks up to the campers propane supply and is just the right size to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner for your group. 
 4. Pre-stock your food and beverage grocery prior to your stays start. Let us take the stress off you, and you can pre-select all your favorite food and beverage wants and arrange them for your arrival. 
5.  Celebrating something special? Let us know and we can help you decorate or elevate your occasion. From decorations, to simple gifting, we are here to make your time with us extra special.

Sleeps 4; 2 adults and 2 kids. RV has air conditioning, heat, full bathroom, and kitchen. The main bed is a queen bed and the dinette converts into a bed. The camper has an AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo system with speakers inside and outside. We provide pillows, sheets, and towels. 

This camper is easy to settle in to once at your campsite since we deliver and set it up for you! We can show you how to operate everything and are available via phone at any point of your camping excursion. Delivery available within a 60 mile range of Gainesville. We offer contactless delivery and will provide a door code to get in. No need to beat the traffic, show up at a time that works for you!

A few areas that we setup include Ginnie Springs, O’Leno State Park, Paynes Prairie, The Firm, Newberry Equestrian Center, and the World Equestrian Center in Ocala. Those are just a few of our hot spots, but we service surrounding areas as well.

See how this roomy floorplan is great for the whole family. This layout features a queen in the main bed room and a set of full bunk beds in the rear. The Dinette breaks down into an extra bed if needed for additional room. All bedding is provided and pillows but feel free to bring your own. There is a very comfortable loveseat with massaging and heated seats that faces the TV to relax in and unwind. Enjoy a movie or your favorite show with one of our (2) 32” Roku Smart TV’s, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, they are not linked so you can choose to watch something different on each. 
The camper comes fully equipped with everything you need for your time away. 
Full set of dishes, cups and silverware for 6. Pots and pans with cooking utensils to make your favorite campsite cuisine. We also offer a coffee maker and mugs to enjoy your favorite morning brew. 
In the bathroom we have plenty of towels and wash cloths, you can bring your own soap or you can request some be provided if you are unable. We also stock enough RV safe toilet paper to last throughout your stay. 
Moving to the outside of the camper we include (4) camping chairs, outdoor rug and cooler to make your stay a little more comfortable. You can choose to cook inside with full amenities, or if the outdoors are calling you can choose to move outside and make use of the outside kitchen equipped with mini fridge and two  burner stove. 
There is a spray off station with quick connect hose by the entry door to spray off before entering if needed and an outdoor shower hook up near the front. There are keypad locks on the outside doors for convenience so no need to keep track of keys while you stay. There is also a Furion camera system all the way around the camper including a backup camera for ease of use and added security at night. The camper is equipped with two A/C units that will keep you cool on the hottest of days. 
We will do a full walk through of the camper and quick checklist to ensure you are comfortable with operating and the towing set up if you choose to tow yourself. Please note that a $125 tank empty fee will apply if the pre-paid option is NOT selected and the tanks are not emptied prior to return of the camper.

If you intend to use the convertible dinette as a bed please let us know so we can provide linens. 

This is our personal camper. As such, we do have a Supplemental Rental Agreement which outlines our expectations and our responsibilities to and from renters. A digital copy will be provided, if requested, upon booking. Otherwise a hard copy will be provided at the time of key exchange.

Please no smoking. Evidence of smoking in camper will result in $1500 cleaning charge along with the normal prep and cleaning charge.

Please no pets. Evidence of pets in the camper will result in a $250 pet cleaning fee along with the normal prep and cleaning fee.

Damage resulting from either smoking or pets will be withheld from the security deposit.

Please do not climb on the roof.

Unless requested and pre-paid via the add-on, please empty all tanks prior to return. Not doing so will result in a $100 dump charge being assessed.

We ask that you allocate about 30 minutes on delivery for us to run you through the trailer and for you to complete a pre-rental check. We encourage everyone to take pictures of the camper before and after the rental.

Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.

Unless you are on an extended stay (3 days or more), the black water tank (toilet tank) is sufficient. However, the grey water tank (shower and sink tank) will fill quickly. The water pump runs about 3 gallons per minute and the average shower is 7 - 10 minutes – that is 21 - 30 gallons on one typical, unmanaged shower. The grey water tank capacity is 30 gallons.
Fresh Water Management
Fresh water tank capacity: 43 Gallons
8 to 10 gallons of fresh water should allow one camp shower
A camp shower means:
• Wet your body, turn the water off at the shower head, soap up, turn the water on and rinse and wet hair, turn water off, shampoo hair, turn the water on and rinse shampoo off, turn the water off, apply conditioner, turn the water on for a final rinse, turn the water off. That’s about 8 gallons.
8 to 10 gallons of fresh water should allow two loads of dishwashing
Wastewater Management
Grey water tank capacity: 30 Gallons
Grey water is water from the shower and the sinks. In general, about 80% of your fresh water will end up in your grey water tank. When the tank is full, it will need to be emptied at the campground dump station.
Black water tank capacity: 30 Gallons
Black water is from the RV toilet. In general, around 20% of your fresh water will end up in your black water tank. When the tank is full, it will need to be emptied at the campground dump station. You may unhook and transport your RV to the dump station.
Tips to conserve water include using campground showers and toilets when available rather than the RV shower and toilet. Also reduce the number of times you wash dishes to once a day and by using paper plates and plastic dinnerware.

It is time to get away!!  2021 Jayco Jay Feather 30 ft trailer with kayak door and bunkhouse is ready to get away to north Florida to the springs or local RV parks.  Height is 10' 1" with single slide out.  Back door opens to load kayak or inner tube with tie down hooks.  Not only does it have an outdoor kitchen with sink, it has a 3 burner propane cook top, oven, and microwave. Large 8 cubic foot 12v fridge inside and a small one in the outdoor kitchen.  Sleeps 6 to 8 people, small pantry, lots of storage.  AC does a great job cooling down home.  Queen master bed can be closed off by a sliding door and has it own door to the outside. Behind master bedroom cabinets are plug ins for Cpap. USB by both bedsides. Screen doors on both sides.  Great sitting area under 21 foot awning with LED lights.  Shower is very large and tall. 40lbs propane, 6 gal water heater, 42 gal fresh water tank, 61 gal gray water tank, and 30.5 gal black water tank.   Hitch weight 685 lbs. Outdoor stairs has blue light for stair safety at night. Cooking pans, utensils, plates, cups, and outdoor area rug, dish towels, kitchen towels and two outdoor folding chairs are provided along with RV safe toilet paper.  

Rules and policies: No pets or smoking in travel home.  If found to have pet damage or smoking has been done in trailer, partial or full loss of security deposit to cover cost of repairs and cleaning. Lost keys will be subject to $100 replacement fee. 

If picking up, driver must have trailer brake controller and vehicle must be large enough to tow Gvwr of 7250 lbs. Anti-sway tow hitch will be required or rent our anti-sway tow hitch for $100.00.  Delivery and setup available within 60 miles for a fee.  If longer distance, contact owner to discuss.

This 26 feet camper including tongue is named after our daughter Emalee. The camper is easy to operate even as a beginner camper as we were. We are a family-owned business consisting of my Husband and myself. Sometimes our 7 year old daughter comes to helps us out too. We will deliver and set up the camper for 9you. This camper comfortably sleeps 5 and will keep you cool on hot days with a cold blowing AC. The electric awning can tilt when you have a rainy day. You can cook inside with the 2-burner stove to stay out of the weather. We pride in keeping camper clean and full of supplies so you can enjoy your adventure. There is a cleaning fee and dumping fee per rental so if you instabook camper you will have those fees added on to your rental.  Also anything over 40 miles will reflect a change in the delivery fee.
