She'll want to go camping too! This is a great little camper that can be pulled by almost any vehicle. It only weighs 1115lbs. The camper is decked out with all the toys you will want for your camping adventure. Included is a refrigerator, air conditioner, sink, power and water connections (cables and hoses), lights, microwave, wheel blocks, levelers, dishware, cutlery, and even a toilet can be made available if you want to use it. There is nothing else needed for you to get out and have a blast in this little camper. Setup is less than 10 minutes including leveling, connections and putting up the spring loaded top. The camper requires a 2" ball and 7 Pin connector. I do have a 7 Pin to 4 Pin converter if necessary. If you are towing with a small vehicle ensure your hitch is high enough to tow. Hitch should be 12" from ground.

-No smoking allowed. Smoking evidence leads to the full security deposit retained for cleaning.
-Absolutely no climbing on the roof. All damages caused by this will be taken out of the deposit and overage will be charged to the renter.
-No parties, tailgating or festivals allowed.

I may be older than the others but I'm built with love and everything I have works perfect. I kept my miles low and just hit 10,000 miles. My owner has taken care of me and given me everything I need to be the perfect rig to take you where you want to be. My owners found me in rough shape and have made me feel more beautiful than when I was brand new. No electric hookup? No problem, I have my very own generator. You won't be disappointed in me, I look much younger than my age suggests and my owners are always adding something new so I can really shine. If you need to leave earlier in the day, let me know, I will work with you. I have done the familiarization the day before, on weekends pick up can be any time of day.

Central Florida is loaded with parks, natural springs, fishing, boating, hunting and lots of sports teams. If you are into star gazing, Kissimmee Prairie is the park for you with mandatory dark hours. Kissimmee Lake Park is awesome for fishing, Blue Springs you have to go for Manatee season or in the summer to swim and it is also close to DE Leon Springs which is a must to go swimming in the completely enclosed spring but make sure to get your name on the list for the pancake house.

Welcome to our home away from home. Our RV comes with absolutely everything you can think of for your next adventure. From entertainment, where each room has its own TV and Wifi Booster, to the out door setup where we include multiple chairs, tables, and rug for entertaining. The RV is stocked with silverware, linens and utensils  as well as coffee and rice makers and an assortment of other cooking items. Talk about a little package with a ton of surprises! This 26 foot camper has a real queen size bed with a slide out wardrobe for your clothes. It also includes a Full Size bathroom at the other end of the camper. In the middle is the entertainment center that includes a 32" tv, a residential soundbar and a fireplace space heater. Across from this lovely entertainment center is a 72" theatre seating which is perfect for reclining and watching a good movie. The kitchen includes, yes, everything. A Stove, oven, microwave and of course a kitchen sink. A small air fryer and coffee maker is included. There is a huge pantry for your groceries. Outside is an automatic 17 foot awning to relax, cook, or visit under. There is an outside LP gas hookup that will allow you to grill outside. (Grill (griddle style) is included)
This is worry free camping. You will be provided: Towels, washcloths for the bathroom, Pots, pans, plates, eating and cooking utensils for the kitchen, and fresh linens and pillows for the bedroom. Extra blankets will be under the bed.

If you decide to camp in Florida, you can see sunrises on the east coast, or enjoy sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico side. She is a breeze to pull, so if you decide to take her out of state, that is an option as well.

My 2017 Chevy Silverado pulls it easily. A heavy duty SUV should be able to pull it. Check your vehicle specs

Also, included in second bedroom is a entertainment center with tv to enjoy on the rainy days. Nice kitchen with full size stainless steel fridge, microwave, and oven with a gas burner stove top. Kitchen also has a island sink and pantry. Large living room with it's own slide. Trifold hide a bed sofa and tv entertainment center with electric heater fireplace. Dining table with both seating. Two full baths with one walk in shower near master bedroom and rear bath has a step in shower. There is an outside kitchen with refrigerator, sink and grill. 15' awning size. Sleeps 9 comfortably.

2018 Forest River Sandpiper

The Flying Cloud front twin beds has more floor space than the double bed model.  There is ample storage, a large galley and separate shower and toilet room.  I will deliver and set up the unit within one hundred miles.  Fort Desoto is the most popular destination and from personal experience, site 152 the most desirable site.

The trailer will have fresh linens but you are welcome to bring linens.  The trailer has two single beds in the front and a dinette that converts into a double in the back.  The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, cups, knives, forks and utensils.  Pots and pans as well.  There is a French Press used for coffee.  If using one is a new experience, please let us know.  It's easy.  I have a generator available for an extra charge for boon docking.  If you are unfamiliar with towing a 25' trailer please allow me to deliver it and set it up in a camp site.  Airstreams are very well built but the skin is aluminum and not repairable if it gets dented.  Replacing a panel can be five grand and while covered by insurance there is a deductible to pay.  Delivery cost but the insurance cost to Outdoorsy will be left if you use the stationary option.

Renters in Hillsboro and Pinellas counties love Ft. Desoto State Park.  I highly recommend site number 152 if it's available.  The site is deep and private and opens to Boca Ciega Bay.  That site allows pets.  There is lots of wild life in the park and light house with a very large dog park.  Tiera Verdi and restaurants and it's close to St. Pete Beach with lots of amenities.
