Our 2023 Keystone Avalanche fifth wheel 378BH highlights 41 Ft long:
•	Sleeps up to 10 people (automated leveling for your comfort)
•	Main bedroom has a queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress, closet, shelfs, and direct access to the main bathroom with toilet and a shower
•	Second bedroom - Bunkhouse Suite Loft with a sliding door for privacy, three bunks, folding couch for two, storage drawers, and it’s own bathroom along with an additional exit door to the outside. Therefore, everyone will have their own private space at night or in the morning
•	Living room has a theater recliner, electric fireplace with heat/cool options, TV, and another two-person foldable couch for additional guests.
•	4 slide-outs with a dual Entry / Exit
•	Outdoor Entertainment / Kitchen with TV, speakers, light, refrigerator, sink, and two drawers with grilling utensils and other miscellaneous items

Additional items available for your stay and great experience (if you need them):
•	Two inflatable Sea Eagle kayaks (2-person each). These are top-off-line reliable kayaks ($1,500 each). We can add them for a flat fee of $50 for 3-day rent or $75 for one-week rent (see pictures)
•	Honda Back-up generator(s) – one or two Honda back-up generators are available for an additional fee of $75 each for the length of stay up to a week, in case of emergencies or power outages (Honda EU2000I)
•	One Tri-cycle with a carrier basket in the back (see pictures) - $30-50 flat fee depending on the length of stay
•	2-3 bicycles with an attached to the camper hitch carrier – $25-35 per bicycle flat fee depending on the length of stay
•	7-14 ft beach or campsite canopy (quick set up and removal) - $25 per trip

Anything outside of that distance is extra $3.80 / mile and has a max delivery radius of 350 miles. For extended stay rentals, the owner could discuss and accommodate delivery to longer distances

Other things important things to consider:
•	We only delivery
•	Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV (a fee of $250 will be charged)
•	Small pets are allowed, but there will be an additional cleaning and sanitizing fee of $200 as some customers may have allergies.
•	Absolutely no flushing anything other than RV toilet paper down the toilets!
•	Delivery $150 for the first 50 miles. Anything outside of that distance is extra $4.00 / mile and has a delivery radius up to 350 miles.

Recommendations What to Bring:
• Toiletries: Shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and essentials.
• Food and Drinks: Snacks, beverages, and grilling items.
• Nespresso Pods: Compatible pods for the one-touch coffee / latte maker (could also be purchased from the owner upon delivery).
• Clothing: Weather-appropriate attire.
• Bedding/Linen will be provided but during Winter and
Colder months please bring extra blankets.
• Extras: Flashlights, bug spray, sunscreen, and entertainment.

This is a 2021 Coachman Apex Nano camper that is well equipped with all the features you could want including an outdoor kitchen with 2nd fridge and built-in grill! At under 5k pounds, it is a great SUV towable unit. I will also provide a weight distribution kit to make the ride that much safer and smoother. It has a slide-out which creates enough space for six to comfortably sleep and hang out in and enjoy. The camper is well stocked with all the essentials to be trip ready and even a few extras to take the comforts of home on the road!

I am also always adding new amenities so please let me know if there is anything special you would like and I will be happy to accommodate that.

This is a new 2022 model that was bought from the dealer at the end of 2023. Excellent condition! Each bunk could sleep 2 kids, making maximum capacity 8 but more comfortable at 6. Must have a truck that can haul over 5000 pounds and be willing to use our brake controller (easy plug in with bluetooth control) IF you do not have your own. 7 pin plug in required. RV must be on paved or established roads/campgrounds. 

Coffee maker and some kitchen utensils will be provided. Bring your own sheets, pillows, towels and toiletries. 

No smoking and no pets. Any used dishes must be put in the sink. Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before returning.

We do not have a limit for how far the RV can travel as long as it remains in the US. If planning a mountain getaway, a heavy duty truck is necessary.
