Your tow vehicle must be rated to tow 7,853 lbs. min and be equipped with an electric trailer-break controller system. 

Rental comes with weight distribution trailer hitch and additional anti-sway bars. 

FOR Delivery: We can only deliver and pick up during the week after 6pm. If this is an issue, feel free to contact us and we can try to work something out! Saturdays and Sundays delivery/pickup can be anytime.

Your rental includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: linens, pillows, extra blanket, microwave, cookware, utensils, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, small air fryer, crockpot, cleaning supplies, towels, toilet paper, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, sewer and fresh water hoses, electrical cords and adapters, and leveling blocks—everything to make your trip smooth and enjoyable.

We welcome well-behaved pets to join your adventure! To ensure the camper stays clean and in great condition for all guests, a refundable pet security deposit of $300 is required. This deposit covers any potential damage or extra cleaning needed after your stay. As long as your furry friends are respectful and the camper is returned in good condition, the full deposit will be promptly refunded. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.

Clean sheets and throw blankets are provided for all beds, along with towels and washcloths. You’ll also have plastic utensils, basic grilling supplies, and RV-specific toilet paper on hand. For convenience, we include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. An extra cot is available for one additional person to sleep inside the camper (on the floor).

This 2023 Rouser is adorable and ready for your next adventure! 5,000 BTU A/C, space heater and plenty of windows to keep you comfortable. 6'x8' footprint is cozy, and 5'6"-5'10" inside height allows many to stand up. Haven is like a teardrop or “square drop” camper you can actually stand upright in! :) Full-size bed can easily be converted to a couch for more space during the day. Custom cedar shelving and window curtains add to the charm. Mini fridge and microwave make things easy. 

Front exterior storage rack holds up to 100 pounds, and hitch receiver on back is great for a bike rack or additional storage (150 lb max). Roof rack with attached awning help make sure you're camping in comfort. 

Uses a standard 3-prong household hookup, but we include 30 amp and 50 amp adaptors in case you need one.

2" Ball hitch and 4-prong trailer hookup for the lights required. We might have a ball hitch that would work for you if you don't have your own. Please ask!

Be sure to check out our "extras" to make your trip more enjoyable! Our favorite is the camping toilet and pop-up stall, keeping everything right there at your campsite for more convenience.
