You can “glamp” with 5 comfortably, with a queen size bed, a twin size bed from the convertible dinette, and a bunk for two over the cab. 
“Mav” has a three burner stove, a convection microwave, a refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom has an instant hot water heater, a shower with removable shower head, and an overhead vent. 
The bedroom is a slide out with a queen size bed. There are plenty of windows to see the views as you wake up! 
The bunk over the cab has a 42” swing out TV.  There is a skylight for taking in more of the great outdoors. There is also a privacy curtain that can be put in place. 
The cab is very roomy. Turn on some tunes while driving down the road.

Mav comes with a coffee maker, toaster, pans, tableware, cutting boards, can opener, storage containers for any leftovers. 
There are pillows, linens and blankets for all of the sleeping areas.
Towels and washcloths  for the bathroom and kitchen.

Mav is a smoke free, pet free rig. 
I know, we love taking our furry friends with us on a trip, but some people may be allergic and no matter how much cleaning is done, you can’t remove all of the dander left behind.

Excessive Cleaning Fee	$50 One Time Fee	Excessive cleaning is noticeable dirt/grime on countertops, floors, bedding, walls, appliances, sinks, shower, or camper exterior. Be sure to wash any dishes, sweep or vacuum the floors, and wipe down all surfaces.

This camper has everything you could want for your outdoor adventures.  From the outdoor kitchen with traeger grill, black stone griddle, sink, and fridge.  To the large living area with fireplace and spacious kitchen it is all clean and first class.  The upper bedroom has lots of closet space.  The bathroom has a walk-in shower and more closet space.  The bunk room can easily fit four kids and has even more closet space.  This one has everything you could ask for and will be fully stocked. 

Camping chairs, yard games, utensils, cooking tools, toilet paper, paper towels.  Most of the basics.  But feel free to ask.

Get your vacation started by booking our immaculate  travel trailer with easy set up, sleeps 1-3. We have worked hard to have it ready to go on a last minute trip,
Just pack your clothes and food and head out!

After confirmed booking we will email access to videos to walk you through all the set up and tear down.

The spacious queen bed runs north and south. Climb in and out of bed on each side (no climbing over your partner to get out of bed), and dinette turns into a single bed (all bedding, pillows, and extra blankets included). 

Camper has full bathroom, toilet, shower, sink, medicine cabinet, sky light, towels, hand soap and toilet paper provided.  

Kitchen area has refrigerator, freezer, microwave,  2 burner stove, kitchen sink, coffee maker, bean grinder, cooking and eating utensils, and a few basic spices. 

Camper has a battery to use if boon-docking and 100 watt solar panels to charge during the day.  Battery runs lights and refrigerator and freezer only.  

On cool nights run the gas powered heater.  30 gallon propane tank provided (gas used during booking will be charged after camper is returned, or fill them on your own before returning).

On demand hot water heater.

Exterior...large awning, outdoor mat to help keep dirt out of camper, outdoor speakers, 110v outlets, and outdoor shower.

Like new Thor 2017 A.C.E. 29.4 class A motorhome by Thor Motor Coach with less than 30k miles! This RV features all the amenities needed for any road trip you take. There is even an outdoor kitchen for the chef in the family to enjoy!

Step inside behind the front passenger seat and notice the spacious interior with a large driver's side slide fully extended. There is a sofa to the left of the main door. Opposite find a booth dinette with 40" LED TV overhead. The dinette features two sets of seat belts, with two more on the sofa so your backseat travelers can be safe while moving down the road.

Above the cab area you will find a drop-down overhead bunk for an additional 46" x 74" sleeping space that the kids will need to draw straws for. 

The kitchen area is partially within the large slide out. Here you will find a large sink, a three burner range with overhead microwave oven, and a pantry plus refrigerator just off the slide making cooking and food prep simple.

A convenient bathroom is opposite and includes a 24" x 36" shower, vanity with sink, and toilet. There is also an overhead cabinet along one side for storing towels and toiletries.

The rear private bedroom features a slide out king size bed with nightstands and overhead cabinets. Opposite the bed find a closet and dresser providing more storage space, plus a 32" LED TV.

Along the outside of this traveling home you can enjoy an exterior 32" LED TV and watch favorite shows and movies out under the stars. There is also an exterior kitchen that features a refrigerator, single sink, plus storage, and so much

5 seats available with seatbelts & 4 sofa style seats available in addition allows seating for 9.
There is a queen bed in the back of the van and the sofa style seats also fold down and turn into a full size bed providing 2 beds with comfortable sleeping for 4. There is also bunk bed cots that can be setup to provide additional sleeping for 2 children (front seats need to be turned around in order to setup & bed cots need tore down in order to drive). Smart Tv is mounted to the wall for easy viewing from both beds or 1 of the benches. Watch shows & movies from your favorite streaming app, or sync your phone to the tv to watch anything on your phone thru the tv!
Full kitchen on board as well. Sink, stove, mini fridge and microwave make it easy to make small meals & keep drinks cold during your time with the vehicle. Kitchen utensils provided, but please clean prior to returning. Sink drains into a large bucket so needs to be dumped after use. AC is onboard but requires a 220 plug in order to run (most campgrounds offer this). There’s also an electrical storage generator that provides roughly 3 days of electricity to kitchen & electronic devices when fully charged (will be fully charged at beginning of booking). There’s also an outdoor shower (no water heater) and an outdoor retractable awning. Bike rack that holds up 7 bikes is available upon request for additional fee & bikes as well. Great camper van for vacation & weekend getaways!
