It includes 2 full size bunks, a queen bedroom, large table that can be made into a bed, and a couch that converts too! Lots of storage is available for everyone’s belongings. The large bathroom pass through connects the bedroom the living space. Let’s talk about the kitchen. All you need to make a good meal is available to you. Pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls and storage containers. With plenty of room to spread out and relax a rainy day is still a great day camping!  Play games, watch movies, or have a good nap. Our RV can be your home away from home.

Your tow vehicle must be rated to tow 7,853 lbs. min and be equipped with an electric trailer-break controller system. 

Rental comes with weight distribution trailer hitch and additional anti-sway bars. 

FOR Delivery: We can only deliver and pick up during the week after 6pm. If this is an issue, feel free to contact us and we can try to work something out! Saturdays and Sundays delivery/pickup can be anytime.

Your rental includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: linens, pillows, extra blanket, microwave, cookware, utensils, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, small air fryer, crockpot, cleaning supplies, towels, toilet paper, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, sewer and fresh water hoses, electrical cords and adapters, and leveling blocks—everything to make your trip smooth and enjoyable.

We welcome well-behaved pets to join your adventure! To ensure the camper stays clean and in great condition for all guests, a refundable pet security deposit of $300 is required. This deposit covers any potential damage or extra cleaning needed after your stay. As long as your furry friends are respectful and the camper is returned in good condition, the full deposit will be promptly refunded. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.

This beautifuly kept camper sleeps 9, has a full bathroom with shower, full kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and oven. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware and dishes. Grab one of the games provided such as Uno or Jenga or watch TV in the evening or on a rainy day. Outdoor accessible sink and mini fridge as well as grill available for use. Nice cold AC for those hot summer days. Your home away from home while you're on vacation or for a nice weekend getaway. Large slide for the dinette that makes a bed for 1 or 2(if you like to snuggle). The large slide makes for a nice spacious feeling inside.  Plenty of storage under the table, under the bed and in the cabinets in the kitchen and at the back of the camper.  The bathroom features a glass door shower so no pesky curtains sticking to you while you shower. Rainy day? No problem! We have a TV and DVD player with hundreds of DVDs to watch! Our well maintained camper will give you a nice comfy home base to explore from or settle in at your destination and enjoy all the comforts of home. *** We also have a home in Cadiz, KY.  The delivery distance can also start from there if you are going to be in the Land Between the Lakes area. ***

We will have the leveling and hook ups all finished, camper open and beds made for you to enjoy your vacation without any worries. We have modeled our camper rental after a vacation stay, making sure we have everything ready for you to relax when you arrive. We empty the black and grey water tanks for no charge after your stay!
We do not allow renters to tow the camper, delivery is required and the camper must remain in place for the duration of your rental. 

Our 2025 Keystone has brand new memory foam Mattresses on the Queen and Full beds. Bedding is provided for the Queen, Full, and Bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. A 24" TV has been installed in the living space. There is plenty of storage for everyone to stay comfortably. Towels, wash clothes, dish cloths, and hand towels are provided. RV Toilet paper and paper products are stocked for your use. 

This camper is equipped with Electric, Fresh Water, Two A/C units, Heat, Never Ending point-of-use Hot Water, and a Propane hookup for your grill/griddle. If you will be using the camper without electric hookups, the Solar Panels will run the lights and refrigerator (not the A/C or water heater). 

The kitchen is complete with a 10 cubic foot Refrigerator, Convection Microwave that can air fry and bake, a 3 burner Stove Top, and full size sink. 

We include a 6 foot table with a table cloth for you to use outside.
