	•	Be sure your route has at least 12.5 feet of clearance. Trailer height is 11.17 feet when level. The driver is fully responsible for towing safely and avoiding damage to the trailer, people, or property.

Modern Bathroom: Rear bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink for convenience on the road. Ourdoor shower for convenience. 

Outdoor Fun: 12-foot power awning with LED lighting for relaxing evenings, plus outdoor griddle for sunrise breakfast or evening burgers.

It sleeps 7 with a queen bed and twin bunk above, the couch turns into a full size bed and the kitchen table turns into a full size bed.  The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dual kitchen sink, Microwave and oven with 3 burners.  The bathroom has a spacious bathtub/shower combo and toilet with a sink and privacy curtain.  The camper also has a radio, retractable awning, 2 propane tanks and an electric tongue hitch.

Starve Rock park water falls are great only 45 miles away. Also we enjoy Hickory Hills near El Paso only 8 miles away from Gridley . I will also Deliver the RV to a camp ground.
