Recently renovated Jayco Qwest Pop Up Camper! A great way to camp and feel a little bit of indoor comfort! 

Camper has AC, heat, 3-way fridge, cooktop (to use outside the camper only), awning. Sleeps 6 adults - two beds and the table top and side bench lay flat for more sleeping space. 

Brand NEW - flooring, faux leather cushions, curtains, cabinet paint, black hardware. 

We will provide sheets for the two beds, but please bring your own sleeping bags and pillows if you want them. 

We will provide instructions on how to hook up and unhook to the hitch, pop up the camper, take down the camper. We will be happy to show upon pickup as well! 

Please no pets or smoking inside the camper. 

You need a 2 inch ball on the hitch and a 7 pin electric hookup for the brakes (we also have a 4 pin converter if you have that).

Our camper includes: silverware, cookware, pots/pans, strainer, cutting board, coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, trash bags, and limited food storage (zip loc bags, Tupperware, etc.), and basic cleaning supplies.

We take great pride in our campers and only ask that you respect the unit as you would your own. At the conclusion of your rental please dispose of all trash, and wash and put away all dishes. In addition, a basic cleaning is appreciated (sweep/vacuum, wipe surfaces)- we will take care of the deep cleaning. You may leave all beds unmade with the bedding on the bed and other used linens (towels, washcloths, dish cloths) in the tub. We will wash and sanitize all linens between each rental. 

*DUMP POLICY/ FEE: 
If you are hauling the camper, we expect the black tank to be emptied prior to your return. If this is not completed a $50 fee will be assessed upon return. 

If we deliver the camper and you have a full-hook up or the site you are staying has a dump station on site, there will be no dump fee. If we deliver the camper and we are required to dump the tank off-site a $50 fee will be assessed upon return.

* PET POLICY/ FEE: 
We love your animals and are happy to accommodate them in our camper. Please choose the pet fee as an add-on if you plan to bring a pet on your trip. If you have no chosen the pet fee and it is evident that a pet was present on the trip, a $50 fee will be assessed upon return.

Delivery and set up is available upon request at extra fee. Queen bed with rear bunks and a table that converts into a bed. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Also includes refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and stove for all cooking needs. Has basic set of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, coffe pot and marshmallow pokers. Outside amenities include outdoor refrigerator, cooktop, outdoor rug, chairs and bike rack. We include freshly washed sheets for the beds and towels for kitchen and bath. It comes with broom, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
It is easy to tow and maneuver in small campgrounds. Must have a 7 pin trailer connector, 2 5/16 hitch, and brake controller. No worries, we deliver for additional fee if needed. We do have a generator available for a small extra fee as well. 
Set up and tear down procedures will be fully explained during pick up or delivery. Please sweep out and dump before return. Pick up and drop off times are flexible. Hope we can help make your camping or family function great!
